ممتازة الى حدٍ ما

الغرف جديدة ونظيفة وواسعة وتعامل الموظفين جيد

Cons:

تم حجز جناح قباسي يحتوي على سرير كبير وسرير مفرد وطاولة شاي بكرسيين ولكن مع الاسف لم نجد السرير المفرد ولا الطاولة الجانية ولا الكرسيين وكأن الاثاث مسروق وعند المطالبة بالسرير المفرد قالوا انتم شخصين بالفعل نحن شخصين أم وابنها ولا نرغب بالنوم على سرير واحد لذلك تم حجز جناح قياسي وبه صالة نريد التوسع والراحة وعند التوضيح قالوا انتظروا 3 ساعات ليتم اعطائكم سرير اضافي ونحن قادمون من سفر ومتعبين ونريد الراحة ولكن ماحدث مؤسف ،، كما ان الافطار بسيط وغير متنوع و لا يليق بمستوى الفندق
