I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
What I appreciated the most was the staff. They are truly focused on making sure every guest is happy. If something isn’t quite right, they do everything they can to fix it and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their level of care and attention is exceptional.
This is a beautiful place where you can completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere is so peaceful that, if you stay within the resort, you almost forget that you’re in Turkey. It feels like stepping into a different world.
I also highly recommend the group fitness classes. The trainer is fantastic, and her programs are excellent. I attended five yoga and Pilates sessions and enjoyed every single one of them.
The only small thing I missed was some relaxing music around the main pool. If you’re sitting near the bar, you can hear the music, but in other areas it feels a little too quiet.
And finally, this isn’t a criticism of the hotel but rather a funny observation about some guests. It was amusing to watch people rushing out at 6 or 7 in the morning to reserve sunbeds, while I was simply sitting peacefully and enjoying the beautiful sunrise.
We booked this property with the purpose of relaxing and chilling, and tanning very calmly. And it over delivered on this aspect. The property is spotless, the staff is incredible, and the resort is just perfect.
Everyone was very helpful and I loved the idea of having random games and books around the resort to keep us entertained.
A special shoutout to Saban, Yasmine, and Havva for their amazing personalities at work. They helped make the stay even more fun.
Couple of things:
- The food. The food variety was minimal and we felt like it lacks the flavor that Turkish food and cuisine is known for.
It wasn’t a huge problem for us as we were just eating to go on with the day, and we just ate whatever was familiar.
But a resort with this standard and price needs to up their game when it comes to the food.
- another thing that was a bit annoying is having cats in the hallways of the hotel, and especially that my wife is allergic. We do love animals and understand that it’s hard to not let them in, but it was uncomfortable for us at times.
The hotel is good especially if you’re looking for a place to relax, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is clean.
The food was really bad. (the buffet, à la carte, and room service).
It wasn’t okay, it was BAD! The buffet food was really cold and the kebab was very hard, the steak was the same and wasn’t able to chew.
We paid 100 euros for the a le carte. The first day we went and sat their and the waiter came to us and asked us if we had a reservation in which I said no, he said we can’t serve you when the whole restaurant was empty, I asked him why and he said that we prepared the food based on the reservations. We booked for the next day in which we paid 100 euros, we came in chose the food and after we ordered the waiter came to us and told us that all the starters are sold out and only the tartar was available. He wasn’t nice to be honest and when I asked for a straw he didn’t hold it with tissue or any thing, he had his fingers on it, didn’t say anything to be honest because he seemed forced to serve us. The food came in, the paste was undercooked not even al dente, the steak was hard to cut (very well done), the sea bass was RAW couldn’t swallow. We then decided to order room service since we knew that the buffet wasn’t good. Ordered a French fries and a burger, the burger was okay but the French fries was also undercooked, we asked for another French fries and told them about it, the got is another undercooked French fries. A lot to say about the food..

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche im Resort. Die Anlage wird gut gepflegt und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt viel Angebot was man tun kann, von Yoga bis zu Stand Up Paddeln. Das Angebot an essen war großzügig und für jeden was dabei. Viele Vegane/Vegetarische Optionen und auch in den Bars/Cafes gab es immer Hafermilch. Hier muss man nur deutlich kommunizieren da dies nicht immer verstanden wird. :D
Der einzige Punkt der mich genervt hat ist das viele Gäste natürlich ihre Sonnenliegen am Pool reservieren und teilweise für Stunden! Nicht da waren. Was das eigentlich ärgerliche ist, das am Pool ein Schild steht, das die Reservierung von Liegen untersagt oder sonst vom Personal durchgegriffen wird. Das haben wir kein einziges Mal erlebt. Das wäre schön gewesen. So ist man quasi ebenfalls gezwungen zu reservieren, sonst hat man halt keinen Platz. Hier würde ich mir mehr Konsequenz wünschen, denn wenn keiner reserviert würde es auch keinen Plätzemangel geben.
Byly jsme v hotelu už podruhé a opět celkově nadmíru spokojeni.
Přístup do moře (lávka vedle mola) by si zasloužila opravu a prodloužení až na pláž. Z toho jsme byli dost rozpačití.

Практически все не понравилось.
В номере было грязно, подушки ужасные, косметика самая дешевая, в комнате запах сырости, отель уже как будто видавший виды.
Еда на ужин/завтрак совсем не разнообразна, ничего вкусного попробовать не удалось.
Пляж тоже не очень комфортный, заход в воду оставляет желать лучшего.
Имейте ввиду, что у отеля нет утюга и гладильной доски😆

The rooms could be better. The snack restaurant is a disaster. We ordered a pizza and the cheese and ingredients were not fresh.
The main restaurant lobby smells bad. Maybe a lack of aeration.

Слишком долго играет музыка по вечерам, 23:40 это перебор, хотя бы до 23.00 развлекайте в баре 2-3 гостей, остальные уходят спать в 22.30 после шоу программы

Patchy WiFi was annoying at times.
This hotel is super lovely. It has almost Bali vibes - lush and green, modern rooms with a kind of Scandinavian aesthetic. The rooms and entire hotel / grounds were incredibly clean. I’ve never experienced such brilliant housekeeping - be sure to leave a generous tip for them, they really deserve it! There’s a lot of choice for food and they have lovely fresh salad ingredients and healthy options. The beach down the steps attached to the hotel is nice and we loved the beds down on the sand - super comfy and good retractable shade. Sea is lovely to swim in and the hotel does yoga classes on the pier. Gorgeous cats everywhere on the grounds that we were really happy to see the staff being kind to - they have water and food in little tucked away areas for them. We had a super relaxing stay here.
We are both vegetarian and initially were really pleased with the choice we had for food each day (way more than typical resorts). However, we realised that quite often the labels were not accurate and stated dishes were vegan but we spotted chunks of beef etc in vegetable stews. This is not really acceptable and I’d advise caution if you’re veggie and certainty if you have any food allergies. The staff were not always very friendly - they seemed pretty grumpy most of the time, which was a bit of a buzz kill. Finally there were just a few little frustrating things about how the place operates. We enquired about a late check out as our flight wasn’t until the evening. This is something the hotel offer. We were told to come and enquire at reception the day before checking out, which we did. The man on reception told us to come back at 9am then next day - pretty annoying to not know when we are checking out the next day but whatever. Went back at 9am as instructed and were told to come back an hour later, and then the same thing happened so we just gave up. How can a hotel not know that close to the time whether later check out is possible? It’s the same for trying to book a cabana, the a la carte restaurant, etc - you are told to come back. Finally, they cut off our wifi access after we checked out, despite us being at the resort until 6pm - pretty harsh for the amount this place costs. Little things like that dampened it a bit, but generally a great stay.
