MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL! No se corresponde con las imagenes de Booking y son falsas las reseñas. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas y no se correspondencon los imagenes. Tienen graves desconchados y humedades en las paredes. Los enchufes estan rotos y suponen un peligro de electrocución. El personal no está y la recepción no existe, es un bar. El bar quedá abierto por la noche (no hai puertas) sin personal y con acceso directo a las habitaciones para cualquier persona desde la calle. La luz se va constantemente y no dan una solución porque nadie en la recepción ni responden al teléfono. Te intentan engañar con información falsa y contradictoria y se ríen de ti.

Vacanza terribile non è un 4 stelle
Pros:

Nulla. Questa struttura viene catalogata come hotel 4 stelle, non è vero. Si entra da un ristorante , si procede da una scala angusta e la camera non è grande 20 mq.

Cons:

Oltre a non essere un 4 stelle, sono rimasta completamente senza luce durante il mio soggiorno , impedendomi di non poter usare la camera, non caricare il cellulare , non poter accendere il clima e non poter fare la doccia . Inizialmente il soggiorno doveva essere di 4 notti ma il secondo giorno sono dovuta andare via, perché insostenibile. Non verranno mai a pulirti la camera, non avrai mai i comfort di un hotel a 4 stelle. Ti dicono che ti rimborsano ma non è così. Dopo due giorni mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione per tenersi l’intero importo e la motivazione che hanno usato è che non mi sono mai presentata . Truffatori . Non andate.

Pros:

The room was tidy and met our expectations, just the right amount of space and very comfortable. The location is truly central and convenient for the main square and the tram. The staff was welcoming and kind.
I will definitely be back.

Magnifica permanenza
Pros:

L’hotel è una piccola struttura a pochi passi da Hagha Sofia e dal centro di Sulthanament tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi, lo staff è molto gentile e accogliente. Per chi volesse la struttura è anche al di sopra di uno splendido ristorante

a pochi passi dalla Moschea di Santa Sofia e dal palazzo Topkapi. Stanza spaziosa e pulita

Cons:

La stanza è ben insonorizzata, ma comunque si sentiva la musica ad alto volume proveniente da altri locali fino a notte fonda, essendo fronte strada (stanza tripla)

Good value for money, no complaints and would stay again!
Pros:

- All the basic essentials were provided (including towels, shower gel/shampoo, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, TV) despite it being a very compact room
- Short and convenient walk to the T1 tram and airport bus
- Staff assisted with carrying luggage upstairs as there’s no lift and only a narrow staircase
- Good value for money. Safe, clean, and comfortable space all things considered.
- The room light had three colours/temperatures to choose from which is a nice touch.

Cons:

- Noise isn’t very well blocked out, you can hear a small amount of hustle & bustle from the busy street downstairs including occasional vehicle horn, or noise from your neighbours. It’s nothing too disruptive but if you’re super sensitive to noise then it may be problematic for you - I had no issues at all.
- The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t well, moisture stayed in the room overnight which can be improved. The room however had aircon and a window to open if necessary for ventilation.
- The room is extremely compact - but not too small to be uncomfortable. If you have a large or multiple suitcases, you won’t have a lot of space left.
