Everything was great just need a kettle in the room for hot drinks.

I never give low reviews, but this time I must.

The hotel is GORGEOUS. Beautiful design, one of the best locations, the room is large and spacious, the pool is lovely and spotless. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive with everything we asked for. Even on the last day when the TV didn’t turn on, they immediately sent a technician who solved the problem efficiently.

The problem is the cleaning. It is honestly one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. The room, though large and spacious, was full of dust and not properly cleaned. The bathroom was full of mold. You can clearly tell that cleaning is not done with care. We asked them to unclog the shower drain, and although they did, they left the cover off with all the mold visible, without even bothering to clean it up. Truly terrible.

I hope management reads this review and takes into consideration that they have a golden opportunity in their hands. It just needs to be taken care of with genuine care. Because this hotel has incredible potential.

You should be more foteigner friendly when you do your messages in english as well.
It was difficult to get in touch with you with questions about our stay other than speak with ( if available) the english speaking receptionist.

I enjoyed a very relaxing week here at Hotel Pier, the room was very comfortable and the bed was superb, the bathroom was clean and the shower was a good spray. The room has a coffee machine, which I used for tea. The air conditioning was super and kept the room cool. I enjoyed the breakfast included, it was very Turkish, no hot food, but the display was nice and fresh. The pool was outside my room, and looks beautiful. Nearby, to the marina is a 2 minute walk, where you have a Carrefour and Kahve Dünyası for a coffe, sandwiches, ice cream. Also, restaurants and a flat walk to castle and undercover shopping, also passed the local bus station is the indoor market. If you want to go further go by taxi, it is easy to get to the new bus terminal by taxi. The hotel is ideal for adult's not really for children. It is a beautiful boutique hotel and 2 minute walking to the front and marina. I loved it. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

It is a nice, decent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the safe box wasn’t working and some of the bathroom lights were not functioning, but the staff tried their best . It’s a good place to stay if you’re just looking for a decent place to sleep and enjoy a decent breakfast in the morning. There’s also a small, nice swimming pool, although I didn’t use it.

Otel konfor ve temizlik açısından oldukça iyiydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı lezzetli ve temizdi. Havuz da aynı şekilde temiz ve güzeldi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, samimi ve işlerini hakkıyla yapan insanlardı. Otel müdürü Meltem Hanım işini severek yapan ve bunu da hissettiren birisiydi. Otele gitmiş gibi değil de arkadaşımıza misafirliğe gitmiş gibiydik. Her şeyiyle çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

Nice property in a central harbour-side location with great views over to Bodrum castle.Near great restaurants.Nice Mediterranean breakfast included.

Gece haber vermeden çok geç saatte varmamıza rağmen bizi kabul edip misafir ettiler, cok teşekkür ederiz. Oda temiz, birkaç günlük konaklama için yeterli büyüklükte idi. Sabah oda ücretine dahil serpme kahvaltı cok iyi idi.

The hotel was very clean and in a wonderful location plenty restaurants and nice shops not far close to the marina and walking distance too the castle the staff went above and beyond in their attempts to make our stay a great one they checked us in early and let's us have the room a few hours after checkout breakfast was delicious freshly cooked and presented

Kısa bir konaklama yaptık otel lokasyon çok güzel yat limanı ile çok yakın.. Oda temizlik güzel lakin sıcak su yoktu!

Merkezde bir otel, ulaşım kolay. Kahvaltısı çok kötü. Her gün aynı menü, çeşit az ve lezzetsiz. Ürünler kahvaltı saatinin bitmesinden 1 saat öncesinde bitmiş oluyor zaten. Tekrar rica ediyorsunuz her defansında, o durumda da sadece peynir ve aşırı haşlanmış ve soğumuş yumurta alabiliyorsunuz zaten salatalar domates vs bitti diyorlar sadece. Omlet, çırpılmış yumurta vb başka sıcak hiç yok. İsterseniz ekstra ücretle alabiliyorsunuz. Paketten çıkartılmış simit, paketten çıkartılmış kruvasan, ve yine paketten çıkartılmış bazen pişmiş bazen pişmemiş hazır börek. Tabaklar kirli, mutfakta orta yaş üstü hanımefendinin çalıştığı günler 10 tabak arasından temiz olanı arıyorsunuz. Bunlar kirli kalmış sanırım diyince de toz diyorlar(tabağın üzerinde domates var). Gececiler iyi yıkamamış demek ki ben size arkadan vereyim o zaman diyor arkadan verdiği tabaklar da pis. Bardağı gösteriyoruz üstünde çay lekesi kurumuş. Her gün temiz tabak bardakta yiyip içebilmek için hem hanımefendinin göz devirmelerini kabullenmek zorundasınız hem de birkaç dakikanızı temizlik kontrolüne ayırmanız gerekiyor. Odalardaki havlular kokuyor. Klima çok iyi soğutmuyor ve çok ses çıkarıyor. Cam açık yatarsanız aşırı ses oluyor. Kısacası bir daha asla tercih etmem. Mutfaktaki Orta yaş üstü hanımefendi hariç güler yüzlü çalışanları var.

Sadece 1 gun konakladim ama cok sevdim. Odalar baya genis idi ve her odada klima vardi. Banyoda kitler vardi ki cogu luks otelde bile yok bence cok hos bir detaydi. Kahvalti da pek guxeldi ve ozenliydi. Otelin konumu da pek iyiydi. Kahvaltinin hazirlanmasi ve surecten sorumlu Yasemin Hanim ayrica muthis guleryuzlu ve isini de cok ozenle yapiyordu. Hazirladigi her bisey cok lezizdi. Hos tavri ve nezaketini cok sevdim.Lobideki ve diger karsilastigim kisilerin her biri cok tatlıydı ayrica hepsiyle tanismaktan buyuk mutluluk duydum. Kahvalti masalarinda var olan portakal kolanyasi fikrine de bayildim. Tekrar konaklayacagim.

Otopark var yazmışlar ama OTOPARK YOK. Önlerinden geçen herkese ait bir yol için var yazmışlar resmen insan kandırmak. Sokaklar çok dar ve merkezde olduğu için yer bulamıyorsunuz. Otoparklar çok pahalı. İşletme müdürü kadın hiç yardımsever değil ve çok kaba böyle işletmelerin bu insanlara emanet edilmesi çok yazık.

Herşey kaliteli, güzel, temiz. Havuzu küçük de olsa var ve işe yarıyor. Caddeye Parelel olduğundan daha sessiz...

Lenzuola e federa macchiata, scarsa attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli; la porta non si chiudeva correttamente. Cosa ancora più grave, scelto l’albergo per il parcheggio privato che semplicemente NON c’è. Se avete macchina, quindi, difficilissimo parcheggiare specie se si considera che si è al centro della città che è confusionaria, caotica e non frequentata al meglio.
