Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

- Reception was really responsive and helpful
- Location was excellent

Cons:

The bathroom had a bad smell that spread throughout the room.

The room walls were not well maintained.

The stair area felt like being on a ship.

Pros:

Je suis venue avec ma fille de 16 ans et tout était parfait ! Emplacement au top, pas bruyant, personnel gentil et disponible, à 5min à pied de la mosquée bleue ,Topkapı et Sainte Sophie. Chambre très moderne très propre. Pression et température de l eau vraiment parfaite. Des petites bouteilles d eau offertes chaque jour. Bref un sans faute 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Aykut and Ferhat were the stars of the show. An average hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Aykut and Ferhat at reception, were simply amazing and wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay at the hotel enjoyable. We were on the top floor (4th) and there was no lift; they were so lovely running upstairs if we needed anything. Lovely People

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Stale cake, and the boiled eggs were black inside (only tried it once). The coffee from the machine was poor tasting and the juice watered down. The foods in the bain-marie were like rubber and cold. One of the worse breakfasts I have ever tasted in Turkey.

Στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης! Πολυ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο! Ωραίο πρωινό και ευγενικοί άνθρωποι! Μας βοήθησαν σε οτι ζητήσαμε!

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, muy limpio, la atencion muy buena y el transfer desde el aeropuerto merece la pena.

Cons:

la insonorización de los pisos es muy muy deficiente, ya que, no entendemos muy bien por qué, hay huéspedes que se dedican a pasear por la habitación durante la madrugada y retumba en el piso inferior. De las cinco noches, conseguimos dormir bien solo una noche.

Dicht bij alle bijzondere bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt in de kelder met fel wit licht is niet aangenaam. Zonder ramen geeft het een beetje stikkend gevoel
