Elite Hotels Istanbul Airport

Had an early flight & did not have breakfast.
Not as near to the airport as other hotels.
Food was bought in & could have been better.

Close to IST airport,15 minutes Uber ride. (Do not use airport orange Taxies)
Facility is excellent for the price. Breakfast and food made onsite, was fresh and clean.
Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is 20 minutes away from Airport. They have shuttle service to the Airport $10 Euros per person.
The staff friendly, the bedrooms a little small but comfortable and clean. Great vs price

Nice hotel but not as it shows 5 km from airport, it was 15 km, also, bought breakfast online but was surprised the next day morning was not included!!! I have to pay 5 times the website price !!!

There was no free airport shuttle service as advertised online. They said it would be 10minutes for the paid shuttle but took over 45 min (called a few times before and they kept saying 10min, it was 95 degrees waiting in the garage). The bed count was 3 beds but saw online and was expecting 4 beds. Credit card didn’t work after multiple attempts and called credit card company and they said everything was fine (used it several places after). Not worth it

Thanks to help of the staff our stay was great wven the small issue of not having the same room specifications as in the reservation was quickly solved

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Angenehmen der Aufenthalt. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Das Hotel kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
