Pros:

Отличная локация. Если вас не напрягает холить по горкам. Но это весь Стамбул такой.
Приятное лобби.
Очень удобная кровать. Жесткий и большой матрац. Мы такие уважаем.

Cons:

За тут сумму, которую просят за эту квратиру , можно взять 5* отель.
Апартаменты очень «уставшие».
Требуют косметического ремонта.
Грязные стены, оторванные плинтуса.
Жуткий запах из общедомовой вентиляции — сигаретами и жареной невкусной едой.
Звукоизоляции нет от окон. Всю ночь мы проспались сначала от крика чаек, потом от постоянных драк уличных котов, а в 4 утра начинался намаз, и спать не было возможности никогда.
WiFi все время отваливался.
Нет хорошего освещения на втором этаже, где располагается гостиная и кухня.
За 60 тыс в сутки всего 4 таблетки для посудомойки и 3 мусорных пакета.
Кушетка в спальне развалилась, когда я на нее сел.
На входе в гардеробах нет плечиков и вешалок для одежды. В итоге вся одежда валялась на диванах, которые были все в пятнах.
Ну и в туалетах нет беде. Видимо это не предусмотрено культурой, но за эти деньги можно быть чуть более ориентированными на гостя.

It’s the perfect place!

Fantastic little hotel
Pros:

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach rundum perfekt. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – alles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Hotel selbst war ausgesprochen sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Wohlbefinden gelegt wird.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

La atención por parte del personal de la entrada fue realmente buena. Las vistas al Bósforo son sensacionales (incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos). El apartamento es amplio y cómodo y si bien está algo alejado del centro, es una gran zona para explorar un poco más Estambul (solo hay que estar dispuesto a subir y bajar un poco por las calles, lo que no fue ningún problema en nuestro caso).
