Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect.
Excellent bakery close to hotel.
Metro or funicular close by.
Shops close by.
Istiklal street walking distance.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The transfer was very conveniently organized by the hotel.

Cons:

1 day we had no water, they fixed it the next day.
We asked for more clean towels, and they had none.
Proper coffee/tea cups would be great.
1 x day the lift did not work and we had to carry our suitcases from the top floor.

Pros:

It was the perfect place to stay and walk to Kucukciftlik park/garden concert venue. Very happy about that!!! Close to Taksim Square the heart of modern Istanbul. The staff were very helpful with assistance on transportation, even with the language difference. Very close to the Aston hotel takism, in front of the Aston hotel takism is a pickup/ drop point for online bookings of flight/tours to Ephesus. I loved the decoratiive lights above the street at night .Certain areas are very steep especially going down to the Galata walking bridge. Traffic can be busy on the street and very little sidewalks. You have to watch out for traffic. You have to pay close attention to the one way street spikes.I have stumbled over them and have see others stumble over them as well.Only issues I had was the shower drain was very slow. I didn't like standing in dirty water. Stayed 7 days and no house keeping to remove trash or changed the linen.

Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal es muy atento. Me trajeron funda para la sábana y la almohada. Pedí una toalla y me la trajeron de inmediato. Personal excelente.

Καλή διαμονή

Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική, δίπλα ακριβώς στη πλατεία Ταξίμ όπου έχει μέσα συγκοινωνίας προς οποιαδήποτε κατεύθυνση χρειάζεται να πας. Επιπλέον τα λεωφορεία από και προς το αεροδρόμιο αναχωρούν δυο τετράγωνα πιο μακριά από το ξενοδοχείο. Τα προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευγενέστατο και μας έλυσε οποιαδήποτε απορία ή πληροφορία χρειαστηκάμε.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό, επίσης το μπάνιο και γενικά ο χώρος από τη παλαιότητα έχει υποστεί μερικές μικρές ζημιές/φθορές (σοβάδες στο ταβάνι του μπάνιου, πόρτα μπάνιου δεν σφράγιζε καλά, μια λάμπα ήταν καμμένη στο δωμάτιο) και καλό θα ήταν να γίνει μέριμνα να αποκατασταθούν αυτές οι μικροζημιές.

Pros:

L'emplacement était bien

Cons:

Le personnel : pas sociable, ne peut même pas répondre à une simple salutation.
Hygiène : pour 7 jours la chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée, même mes draps ne sont jamais changé. Il manquait beaucoup d'équipements
C'est vraiment dommage .
