Cons:

Widok za oknem był obskurny jak również to że nikt nie przyszedł sprzątać pokoju a byłam tam 7 dni . jeden kontakt przy łóżku , światło nad łóżkiem nie działało . Telewizor też nie działał a do tego czajnik który stał na szafce nie było możliwości włączenia do gniazdka , wodę na kawę - czyli czajnik musiałam podłączać do gniazdka przy łóżku i trzymać czajnik na łóżku .

Номера совсем не для проживания ! Конечно может кому то и нравится такое! Но не для мамочек с детьми !!! Цена не соответствует совершено.

Отличный сервис для гостей, просторные комнаты, чистые постели, есть все принадлежности гигиены, имеются все необходимое для готовки и посуды, район для прогулки, разнобразные кафешки парки и игровые площадки, класная терасса на кровле, и конечно же красивый вид моря архитектуры и мечети, когда буду в Стамбуле обязательно вернусь туда, Вам тоже точно понравится!

Mir gefiel der Ort einfach.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war leider in einem unzumutbaren Zustand und nicht bewohnbar. Es gab überall Schimmel, und der Geruch von Feuchtigkeit war äußerst stark. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, ebenso wenig der Fernseher. Insgesamt war der Zustand sehr schlecht und keinesfalls akzeptabel.

Aus diesem Grund bitte ich um eine angemessene Entschädigung bzw. die Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.

Zum Nachweis der genannten Mängel liegen mir entsprechende Fotos vor, die ich Ihnen bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung stelle.

Nos cambiaron de hotel diciendo que no tenían hueco, el cual no es nuestro problema y nos llevaron a uno con sábanas sucias, había CHINCHES en una de las habitaciones, la ducha no funcionaba, entre multitud de cosas

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived in the evening I was refused accommodation.
The staff initially tried to check the reservation and only after some time informed me that the hotel was full and that there seemed to be some kind of problem with the booking. No alternative accommodation or assistance was offered.
Later I received a notification saying that the reservation had been cancelled because the credit card could not be processed. However, the hotel never attempted to contact me before my arrival to request updated payment details. There were no messages through Booking.com and no requests in our WhatsApp conversation with the property either.
I had even stayed at this hotel shortly before and paid in cash upon arrival, as the property prefers cash payments.
As a result, late in the evening I had to walk around the area with my luggage searching for another place to stay and eventually book another hotel at my own expense.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and the situation was handled very poorly by the property.
