Pros:

The only positive aspect of our stay was the airport pickup service. Upon arriving at the airport, we contacted the hotel to arrange transportation, and this was organized immediately and efficiently.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The location is not easily accessible and, in reality, the property does not reflect the attractive appearance shown in the pictures.
We booked two rooms for four nights, and both rooms had significant issues. In the first room, the bathroom door would not close properly, compromising privacy. In the second room, both the air conditioner and refrigerator were not functioning. When these problems were reported to reception, the staff appeared indifferent and dismissive, with one staff member stating that it was acceptable for the bathroom door not to close.
The second bathroom was particularly poor in design and condition. It was extremely small, with the toilet and shower sharing the same space, separated only by a fragile and flexible glass panel. After every shower, water accumulated around the toilet area, making the bathroom uncomfortable and impractical to use.
Additionally, there was no room service, housekeeping, or cleaning provided throughout our four-night stay.

Het hotel was heel slecht! De muren van kamers waren vol met zwarte schimmel, het geur in de kamers was verschrikkelijk! De kamers waren heel vuil!!! De tv’s werkte niet, waterkokers in beide kamers werkte niet, kreeg achteraf wel eentje dat werkte. In een kamer wc spoelde niet door, beddengoed was niet vervangen, bed zat vol met haren, er waren bloed vlekken op dekbed, douche vloer zat vol met stof en haren en op wc bril was haren. In badkamer zat zelf lege flesjes van shampoo. We hebben ons geld terug gevraagd zodat we ergens anders konden gaan maar dat kregen we niet, we kregen 2 andere kamers maar die waren het zelfde! Op hun foto’s lijken de kamers heel mooi en goed maar dat is bedrog! Nooit meer!
