Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. ABER das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Türen waren alle schief konnte man nicht richtig zu machen.
Die Matratze beim Doppelbett war so ekelhaft, mit flecken und total schmutzig da nur ein dünnes Tuch darüber gelegt wurde konnte man diese ganzen Flecken sehen. Frühstück war okey gut, sowie auch die Lage.

Omer e il resto della staff sono eccezionali. Hanno cercato di aiutarci in tutti i modi. La struttura necessita di rinnovamento,ma chi ci lavora lo rende un posto speciale.

I believe it was a worst experience for me by Expedia. we saw an add of 10of10 and exceptional???!!! with very good rate ( while the rate was higher in hour later and before.) and it was noon refundable??!! that is why I am sure it was a fraud!!! when I went to Hotel a saw a completely different property. no elevator, nobody in lobby dirty place and office. I did paid for two night but I didn't stayed even a minute. I lost money and will share this experience with Expedia.

Would book again!
Pros:

Like others, I too agree that the place does need some improvement but you also get what you paid for. For me this flat worked because it was around my interests and needs. The staff was very cordial and provided as needed. Casan, Morris and the other fellow were very attentive and provided information without hustling.
