la ubicacion es excelente....el desayuno es local, no continental pero bueno

Cons:

solicitamos un cambio de fechas, el hotel nunca nos respondio les escribimos via whatapps igual cuando llegamos le pedimos el cambio pero el personal correspondiente no se encontraba al dia siguiente hicimos la solicitud nadie nos dio la respuesta personal luego nos enviaron un correo de peticion rechazada, un poco descortes el no tomar unos minutos para simplemente decir que no se podia.

Overall, it is a nice hotel, the rooms are not bad.

We would especially like to thank the Bellboy friend who took care of us.

In general, it is centrally located, the rooms have a view of Istanbul

It’s a big hotel.

Cons:

The reception needs to be a little more friendly, no one should be forced to work :)
