View and Hotel facilities
Only 1 lift is operational out of 3 and that one is also not displaying floor numbers inside. Room Door is not sound proof....Too much noise always disturbing from othrt rooms and pass by guests. Room service keep knocking doors early morning for cleaning. No sign for Do not disturb or Makeup my room.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption
Bei Fragen aggressiv geworden an der Rezeption. Ich war als Familienvater mit 3 kleinen Kinder verreist hab nach Wasser gefragt für meine Kinder es hat den nicht interessiert wir haben 30 min für 2 kleine Wasser gewartet ne obwohl 2 Leute an der Rezeption waren hatten überhaupt keine Lust auf diese Arbeit

يوجد بق وحشرات في الفندق والافطار لا يكفي النزلاء كل ما انزل الاقي نصف الاكلات الساخنه مخلصه كل ما اطلب يقلي بفلوس والمصاعد خربانه مافي غير واحد يخدم الفندق الاثاث قديم والشرفه صغيره جدا وغير الازعاج من خارج الفندق كل يوم لا انصه فيه ولا يستحق سعره

Le comportement du personnel surtout au restaurant a l’heure du petit déjeuner ,aussi problème au niveau d’ascenseur et les travaux c’était vraiment horrible. Ainsi une chose a signaler les gardes corps du balcon c’est très dangereux surout pour les enfants

Same breakfast everyday … the worst part which is utterly frustrating is they don’t have honey for breakfast. I’m the type of person who always have honey for breakfast so that made my breakfast with the hotel a horrible experience especially that we paid for premium room. Never book for premium room, services and facilities are the same regardless. The Indian or Sri Lankan staff members who facilitate breakfast were the worst hotel staff you will ever encounter, they are rude, cold and cannot be bothered, I was told by them “ we don’t have honey” with an angry snobbish attitude. I don’t know what are they doing in hospitality job if they treat guests like that, so annoying!

Absolut alting. Den værste oplevelse nogensinde. Forfærdeligt personale, faldefærdige faciliteter - det var som at træde ind på en byggeplads, der var gået i stå. Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Vi kunne ikke bo der, og flyttede med det samme. Sundhedsskadeligt og kvindehadsk personale
