Pros:

Locația se afla destul de aproape de zona centrala a orașului, apartamentul este curat, dotat cu chicinetă, wi-fi și Smart tv. Este situat într-un bloc de locuințe, la etajul 1 iar în apropiere se afla mai multe magazine și supermarketuri.

Cons:

Străzile sunt înguste, fiind dificila deplasarea cu auto personal și este destul de greu să găsești un loc de parcare. Trotuarele sunt înguste, de multe ori fiind grea deplasarea cu un cărucior de copii din cauza cutiilor de carton de la magazine lăsate abandonate și a sacilor de gunoi menajer.

Pros:

The room was very complete, with a complete kitchen and supplies for cooking, a washing machine complete with a dry rack and iron.
The room was clean.
The staff is very helpfull and proffesional.

Cons:

The shower was pretty bad.
It is very hard to get steady warm water out of the shower since the electric geyser depends on a steady waterpressure.
And the waterpressure variates

Very Helpful Staff!
Pros:

Very helpful staff!!! I arrived late after midnight and needed help storing luggage, and they accommodated me with both! Were very helpful throughout! Place was nice and clean and well air-conditioned. Fresh an healthy Turkish breakfast was given also.

Poor instructions on how to collect the keys. We went to the address that we thought was our accommodation only to find guests there who guided us after alot of knocking to the office which is away from the accommodations. It wasn’t ideal especially with a baby a suitcase and at 12 at night. The apartment we booked was not what we were provided. We booked Royal apartments but were given moon light.

Staff was nice and polite, location is convenient to explore Beyoglu.

Cons:

I had no electricity at all (no light, no hot water, no wifi, absolutely nothing) from check-in at 2pm until check-out at 8am. The power cut was not the responsibility of the hotel, and other buildings in the neighborhood had the same power cut (not all of them, some of the buildings had light, some didn't). My issue is with how it was managed. When I asked my money back, so I could look for a room that has the basics such as light or hot water, they refused. I don't think it's fair to let a customer pay a full price and not providing any basic things a room should have, even when you're not responsible. The staff was nice and helpful to charge my phone, but I suppose they can't decide much. The manager said that he was trying to find a solution and never came back to me, clearly not caring at all.

Very Nice clean place, quite. Safe. Everything is near the corner. Owners very nice people. You can reach them 24 hours. Feels like home 🥰
