Pros:

Отличный и очень приятный отель. Приветливый персонал , Хорошие завтраки, чистота в комнатах , белье идеальное , уборка каждый день. WiFi скоростной , в номере TV smart кино на любой вкус. Кровати , матрасы и подушки очень удобные.

Pros:

Англоговорящий менеджер (один) из всех был любезен и дружелюбен. Кондиционер в номере дал возможность нагреть нужную температуру зимой. Подача завтрака в номер в удобное время - отлично.

Cons:

Нет одноразовых тапочек, честно говоря это даже немного странно. Кофе на завтрак был растворимым, это мягко говоря не очень.

Все отлично!
Pros:

Приехали утром, номер был уже готов.
Заселили и сразу предложили варианты покушать.
Остались очень довольны и планируем еще поездку.
Еще очень понравился бассейн и возможность сидеть не только в номере, а удобно на ресепшене и возле бассейна.

Cons:

У нас было два сан узла и в одном не было света, но это не доставило неудобство, так как был дальний сан узел и им не пользовались практически.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Taxis can be ordered right from the lobby and usually arrive within 3 minutes. The hotel is in a great location near a lively shopping street with plenty of restaurants and easy tram access. Bigger shopping malls are also just a quick taxi ride away, less than 10 minutes.

Good for €24, not good for full price
Pros:

The hotel is located in a good area of Antalya close to the old town. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is parking facilities right next to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. The toilet had all the shampoo and soaps that we needed. We didn't eat the breakfast, because we were leaving early. The rooms had heating and it was quiet even though you sleep right in the middle of the city.

Cons:

It seems like the hotel is under construction. We visited out of season, and there is work being done several places in the hotel. It was not clear to us whether the room we stayed in was finished renovation or still needs work done. The finish of the building quality was extremely poor and do not look like the pictures on booking.com. There is nothing wrong with the furniture, bed or cleaning, but the room looked like it could fall apart. Door frames hanging out from the wall, bathroom tap sticking out from a hole in the wall where water could come in, tiles done with cement that hasn't been removed, floor trimmings only coming half way around the room. We managed to get a 60% reduction on our room, so price wise we were happy, but the way the hotel looks at the moment, I wouldn't pay full price.
