Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und das großzügige Bad mit Hamam ein echtes Highlight. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück – vielfältig, frisch und einfach köstlich! Die Lage ist perfekt: nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Uchisarkalesi. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Odamız gayet güzel, geniş, ferah, temiz ve yeni eşyalara sahipti. Çalışanlar her isteğimizle anında ilgilendi. Konumu Uçhisar kalesi ve yemek yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde ve sakin bir yerde. Tekrar gelirsek tercih edeceğim otellerden.

Temizlik ve komfor açısından gayet başarılı bir müesseseydi. Tekrar o bölgeye gitsek seve seve tercih edip başka bir otel arayışına girmeyiz.

During my stay, the initial information provided about hotel services and policies at check-in was inadequate. A major issue was housekeeping. Although daily cleaning should be standard, I was told rooms wouldn’t be cleaned unless a specific sign was displayed. I’ve never encountered this elsewhere—rooms should be cleaned daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is used.

Unfortunately, for my two-night stay, neither the room was cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to call reception to request clean towels, which is unacceptable given the price.

Breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee cups, I was told to “get them from the drawer,” which felt unprofessional. Staff overall lacked hospitality.

I also received incorrect information when asking about local activities. On other platforms where I raised concerns, the hotel responded rudely.

Unless you’re fine with low service standards and reusing towels for days, I would recommend this hotel. The service didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be staying that hotel again,

Muhteşem bir oteldi

Genel anlamıyla güzel bir konaklamaydı. Hizmetten memnun kaldık. tek kaldığımız odanın girişinde herkesin oturabileceği bir bank vardı. Gece orada oturanlar yüzünden uyumak biraz zor oldu. Onu başka bir yere alabilirlerse daha uygun olur.

I have one word expression for our stay “no
Problem” as this was the answer to almost all the needs we had during our stay. Whole staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Front desk person Kubi arranged for ballon rides, red tour and photographer for the private shoot. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. Uchisar castle is perfect spot to watch the sunset which is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of options for the Breakfast every morning. Overall this was the perfect stay.

Hersey cok guzeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ozellikle kahvaltisi standart acik bufe degil serpme kahvalti olarak sunmalari cok iyiydi.

Very comfortable room, nice view from Balcony and a terrace. Beautiful decor! Excellent service; receptionist Aziz very friendly and helpful, with booking a selection of tours suited for us. We highly recommend this hotel for future residents

Oppholdet var fantastisk. Vi ble tatt godt imot, de ansatte er serviceinnstilte og var veldig behjelpelig. Sentralt mtp beliggenheten, parkering rett utenfor hotellet (gratis).

Gene olsa gene kalırım. Tavsiye ediyorum. Otel muhiti cok iyi Uchisar kalesi yürüme mesafesinde zaten Nevşehirde bence arabanız varsa her yer birbirne cok yakın tüm cevreyi koca gün gezebilirsiniz..

Biz cok memnun kaldık girdiğimiz andan itibaren güler yuzle karşılandık otle yapı olarak şehrin ambiansını da yansıtıyor kalması keyif veriyor. Kahvaltı çok zengindi açık büfe ve peynir,kızartmalar ve tatlılar açısindan çok çeşitliydi beğendik. Konumu da çok iyi tavsiye ederiz. Temizliği de yeterli bulduk.

Beautiful cozy comfy hotel, which is elevated even higher by the very helpful and service minded staff. Hotel arranged our activities and the bus from and to the airport. The hotel is away from the too busy area's but close enough for all activitirs amd necessary facilities. Bus station is very nearby and can take you to Göreme for relatively good price. Overall great experience.
