Ubicación, instalaciones y personal MARAVILLOSO
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, al lado de la parada de tranvía y del puerto. Además es una zona tranquila pero que está a menos de 10 minutos andando de zonas de ocio nocturno/hosteleria y ambiente así como de Galata. A destacar el personal del hotel. Todos son encantadores y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de tu estancia un viaje perfecto. Incluso nos hicieron una mejora de habitación la tercera noche al habernos tocado un cuarto bastante pequeño en el inicio (nosotros no pedimos nada, fue un gesto que les nació a ellos).

La decoración del hotel es ideal.

Sin duda recomiendo y repetiría 10000%!! Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Eravamo già stati l’estate passata e ho regalato a Natale a mia figlia questo soggiorno con suo marito.
La struttura è super pulita e accogliente e il personale attento e gentile.

Perfect visit to Istambul
Pros:

The location 10/10, the staff were always so helpful and always prepared to help us. My friend lost her camera and the hotel helped us get it back. Additionally we went for easter and they gave us chocolates super cute!

Cons:

Ideal small property for a short stay outside exploring
Pros:

The location is great - just opposite Galata bridge and very close to a key tram stop to visit Sultanahmet and the sights, while also a short walk away from Cihangir. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and the design isn’t great so, for instance, it isn’t easy to open the wardrobes without knocking things on your nightstand. The shower isn’t fully enclosed so the bathroom gets wet easily (although I have no complaints about the daily cleaning)

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en attent. Niets op aan te merken, gewoon super! De locatie is ook vrij goed, vlakbij de tram en de brug naar het oude deel en bij de Galata Tower. Wel zeer toeristisch allemaal.

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein, extreem gehorig naar buiten toe maar ook naar de gang toe waarbij hotelpersoneel al vroeg in de ochtend ontzettend veel herrie maakte. Er zat een kantoortje onder ons, en als de deur daar dicht werd gemaakt rammelde het bed. Het warm water werd vaak niet echt helemaal warm en bleef een beetje lauw. De kamer op de 3e verdieping was met de lift niet volledig bereikbaar, we moesten altijd met de trap een halve verdieping omhoog nog via een smalle trap waar je je koffer voor je moet houden, voor oudere mensen kan dit problematisch zijn. Zeker voor de prijs zijn dat dingen die we niet hadden verwacht. Dus helaas een 6 ondanks het fijne personeel.
