The location is excellent, with easy access to the seaside, shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighborhood is safe, pleasant, and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the TV offered a good selection of channels, and the overall environment was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

The main issues were the noise coming from the nearby school during the day and an occasional unpleasant odor from the bathroom/toilet area. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Вполне приличные апартаменты, с двумя небольшими спальнями, комнатой с кухней, и террасой перед входом. Есть чайник, электроплитка и набор посуды. Кондиционер только в комнате с кухней. Приходят в гости местные котики.

Cons:

Слабая звукоизоляция между соседними номерами, даже если соседи просто разговаривают, не повышая голоса, то их слышно, так же как и им, наверное, было слышно нас.

Ons verblijf bij Mia Mia Suites was erg aangenaam. Mijn favoriete ding: de bedden zijn super comfortabel! Dit vind ik elders vaak tegenvallen. Ook de eigenaar was heel erg vriendelijk en vroeg ons elke dag of hij ons nog ergens mee kon helpen, of dat we nog iets nodig hadden. Het verblijf is simpel, maar schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt als je er alleen wilt slapen, een simpel ontbijt of lunch wilt eten.

Am avut o experiență plăcută la Mia Mia Suites. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută, iar locația este foarte convenabilă, usor de ajuns la statia de autobuz. Un plus special pentru băiatul de la recepție, care a fost extrem de amabil, prietenos și dornic să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Ne-am simțit bineveniți pe tot parcursul șederii. nu am avut probleme cu parcarea masinii, proprietatea dispune de curte privata si loc de parcare. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm această proprietate

sederea noastra a fost placuta si nu am intampinat nicio problema. nu avem aspecte negative pe care sa le mentionam.

Card fraud attempts after Mia Mia suites visit
Pros:

There were fraudulent attempts with my card:
- This card was dedicated to Booking and was never shared with anyone else.
- Booking support confirmed that they had to share my card data with Mia Mia suites (for them to get paid for my stay)
- Revolut asked for my confirmation because the POS terminal in Mia Mia was "suspected fraud". I was in a hurry, so I confirmed.
- There were three attempts made on 25 January 2026 with the card. All for 49.99 TRY, and they all declined because Revolut and I noticed them. They were all for 'Google Nida Harb 3 Ch' (a game).
- Yesterday, I had to terminate the card because someone stole its data.

I understand that gaming might be addictive. I will fully support Revolut, Booking and Google in the investigation. I hope they will found the individual who stole my card data.

Aufgrund der tollen Lage und des freundlichen Service würden wir gerne wiederkommen, sofern die sanitären Probleme behob

Wir hatten einen gemischten Aufenthalt. Ein großes Lob geht an das Personal, das wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam war. Auch die Lage ist absolut top: In nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg ist alles da, was man braucht – vom Bäcker und Supermarkt über die Apotheke und Friseure bis hin zu Bus und Taxi.

Cons:

Leider lässt der Zustand der Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders unangenehm war der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer und der Schimmel in der Duschkabine.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with all of our requests. The beds were very comfortable, the wifi works nicely, it's quiet and the place has everything you would need for a vacation in Istanbul. A wonderful, warm atmosphere. I really liked it!
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable cottages. It feels very home-like. A caring host who provides maximum warmth and attention.

Cons:

It was a bit unexpected that the street is almost not lit during the night. However, this does not affect my overall positive impression of the stay. As soon as you enter the yard, you feel at home.
