Hotel is very nice, cozy, in the center of Alacaty's old town. easy to walk to the main small beautiful streets. Breakfast was tasty ,rooms were clean and staff was friendly. overall nice cozy hotel . It isn't near the beaches but we rented a car and it was 10 min drive to a lot of amazing beach clubs.
there was little difficulties with the comunication as the staff didn't know english, bt they were very friendly and somehow managed to communicate :) Breakfast was tasty but it didnt change whole week, could have more variaties, there was no fruit and pastry.
We had booked same standart rooms, but there was huge difference and one of the rooms was tiny and there was no option, i think it was more single than double size room.

Otelin fotoğraflarını gördüğüm andan itibaren burada kalmak istediğimi anlamıştım, çok tasarımsal ve mimarisi çok hoş bir yer. Yüksen tavan ve ince düşünceler otele renk katmış. Tek “Olumsuz” kısmı odanın günlük temizlenmemiş olması can sıkıcı bir durum.. Bu konunun üzerine durabilirlerse çok daha iyi yerlere geleceklerdir. Bir daha gelecek olacak olursam tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer çarşıya 2 dk, sessiz ve sakin bir bölge. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.
The hotel is nicely decorated and modern. The location is excellent near the center of Alaçati but far away from the street noise
We booked a room with breakfast and the employee who checked us in confirmed breakfast would be ready starting at 9 am. However the next morning there was no breakfast prepared and a different employee told us our room rate did not include breakfast. The reservation info clearly states breakfast is included.
The floor felt dirty
Everybody was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was really good. Location was also really good, it was near the center of alacati, 2 minutes walking. They also have their own taxi who can drop you wherever you want to go to. Definitely booking again!
Nothing really.
Rooms weren’t like it was advertised on booking. The room i was in didn’t have any windows and it smelled moisture and the sheets were all dirty and none of the amenities were working properly.
I genuinely never had such an awful experience in a hotel room in my life. Additionally the room was almost immediately next to the hotel kitchen where i could hear the whole hotel stuff and kitchen stuff from the room at 6am in the morning.
