Otel ucuz olabilir ama günün sonunda berbat bir durumda. Parkelerin arası açılmış, mobilyalar eskimiş, beyaz eşyalar sararmış. Hepsi bur yana lobide bile içilebilen sigara ile beraber 200 lira fazla verip daha iyi bir otel seçmeniz için en güzel nedenlerden birisi oluyor.

Bad experience disallowed to check in!!
Cons:

I was very frustrated when I was disallowed to check in in the hotel reservation. I have booked and fully paid to booking.com the reservation before check-in.
After travelling for 32 hours, I do expect to get rest immediately in the hotel. Besides that, the reception staff keep asking me to cancel the reservation due to the reason of non-availability room. Reluctantly, I have to find other hotel to check-in and paid with higher price for the sudden check in reservation whih need to carry 3 luggage. (You all can imagine it )

I also found the difficulty to communicate with booking.com when I was in trouble at that time. There was no live chatting for me to get quick assistance from booking,com. Till now i still getting my refund payment back.

I also already made other confirmation with trip.com for next 3 days in same place but reception also said no room available. (booking has fully paid and non-refunable)

Trip.com has relocation my stay and upgrading which higher than my booking room rate.

I have much experience on travelling but this is first time refused to check-in even reservation has confirmed.

At the first minute I arrived there they told me to pay 13$ because I paid 4$ since I had discount and the room was very dirty the WC hadn’t lights and there was pumps broken in the ceiling
Plus the air conditioner and the fridge weren’t working and when I asked them to help they said we are working here we don’t own the hotel

Otel demeye bin şahit lazım. Ne kliması çalışıyor ne odasının kapısı kilitleniyor. Etrafındaki gürültüden ve sesten uyumak imkansız. Banyosunun lambası bile çalışmıyor. Temizlik be hijyen yok denecek seviyede. Bir daha asla.

I was simply rejected the room, they said no room, and it was very late, they didn’t even notify me in advance, i had to walk around at night three hours with my luggages and very tired!!!

Pros:

So dirty and totally unutterable by humans. It could be a place for animals stay. I strongly suggest stop marketing such place to the tourists otherwise you will lose trust in your service
