Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь.
Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта, для транзитных туристов самое то.
Имеется лифт.
Номер чистый, есть все необходимые.
Завтрак по запросу предоставили нам пораньше, так как рейс у нас был ранним, за это огромное спасибо.

Я был просто очарован приёмом, который мне оказали в этом небольшом отеле. Это было настолько неожиданно после стольких поездок в стамбул, что я поначалу не поверил в эту реальность. До этого я несколько раз пользовался другим отелем такой же ценовой категории и похожим набором услуг. Но это тёплое гостеприимство напомнило мне, что иногда стоит попробовать новое место для отдыха между перелетами. Я был в Lavender буквально меньше двух суток, но скажу честно, жалею, что не останавливался у них раньше. Всё люди тут настолько приветливы! Мне подарили и чай, и кофе и сладости. Прекрасный завтрак. Чистые, удобные и комфортные номера. Душевно благодарю владельца отеля и весь персонал за их высокий профессионализм и достойный уровень сервиса!

Cons:

Конечно отель не новой постройки, но это не значит, что это минус и это мне не понравилось. Есть какие-то мелкие недочёты, но когда видишь стремление людей улучшать и повышать комфорт, то я считаю не стоит об этом говорить.

Overall, the location and staff were excellent, though the room comfort could be improved.
Pros:

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who kindly offered us coffee. The hotel features a pleasant first-floor cafe. Although we had booked a quad room, the hotel informed us it was unavailable. Following some discussion, we accepted an alternative arrangement of one triple room and one single room.
Surrounded by many shops and cafes for easy dining. Only 10–20 minutes by taxi to IST Airport, or 3 stops on the metro, and the nearest metro station is a relaxing 15-minute walk away.

Cons:

The initial triple room smelled of cigarette smoke, but management promptly reassigned us to a fresh room. Unfortunately, the single room lacked a window, and the bathroom was stuffy and lacked proper ventilation.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

We also loved that the hotel provides airport transportation, which made our trip much more convenient.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

酒店交通便利，离伊斯坦布尔机场不是很远，坐M11只有三个站，从地铁站走路到酒店约15分钟。在酒店附近可以坐336公交去老城eminonu码头。
