الموقع. في الشارع الموازي للشارع الرئيسي تنزله عبر درج طويل نوعاً ما أو عن طريق النزول لآخر الشارع وقريب منه كثير من الخدمات بقالات ومطاعم
الشقة العائلية ذات الغرفتين ضيقة وفي الدور الأرضي ونافذتها على رصيف الشارع لأن مستوى الشقة نازل عن الشارع، مدون في وصفها أن مساحتها 90 م ويظهر لي أنها أقل من ذلك، لها سيب خلفي يبدو للتهوية فقط لأنه ضيق جداً وبلا أثاث
أحد الأسرة المزدوجة ضيق جداً لا يتسع لشخصين قد يصل عرضه 140 سم أو أقل، والسرير الفردي مغلق تفتحه عند النوم ومكانه مع غرفة السرير المزدوج الصغير ومكانه ضيق جداً
يوجد طاولة في الصالة كبيرة جداً قد تصل لمترين في مترين بلا فائدة لأنها ارتفاعها عن الأرض قليل وثقيله لا تستطيع تحريكها لتقريبها من الكنب
الغرف مفصولة بحواجز زجاجية بأبواب فقط وستائر تفتقد للخصوصية
التنظيف لا يتم إلا بالطلب والتأكيد لأكثر من مرة طلبت التنظيف بعد ثلاثة أيام من سكني فأفاد الموظف الذي أتواصل معه بأنه سيتم خلال الأسبوع وبعد مرور خمسة أيام لم يتم التنظيف فطلبت منه ذلك مرة أخرى فقال لماذا لم تخبرني سابقاً يبدو أنه نسي طلبي السابق
لا يوجد استقبال تواصل معي موظف قبل الوصل بساعات وسأل عن وقت الوصول وأرسل بعدها رمز لفتح الباب الخارجي للعمارة ويوجد بعد الدخول على يسار الداخل صندوق صغير مقفل برمز أخبرني برقم الرمز وبعد فتحه تجد المفتاح داخله
موظف الشقق سريع التواصل ومحترم غالباً فقط لم يعجبني تجاوبه معي عند طلبي التنظيف
استأجرت عن طريق الموظف شقة أخرى في الدور الثاني كانت جيدة يعيبها صغر السرير فقط
Great location few steps from metro station, Taksim only one station away and 30 min walk, close to grocery stores coffee shops good restaurants and shopping.. very very clean everything we needed was available, safe building, easy checkin/out, we had a late check out which was very convenient.
Some tissues and kitchen towels would’ve been great. An awkwardly ex large coffee table made the apartment feel small while it wasn’t; I would certainly loose it !
Very cool place, comfortable and nicely designed. Great location, near the metro station. Staff was super helpful. Would just recommend upgrading the kitchen equipment a bit - we did not have any glasses for example when we've arrived. But other than that, everything was super nice, highly recommend this place.
So far, one of the best apartements I've ever stayed in Istanbul! The atmosphere was super cozy and the staff was super nice and flexible with solutions! The cleanliness and top interiors just added points to this location! I'll definitely come back here!
The interior design was so stylish and cool, my youngest auntie specifically chose this apartment for its appearance, the staff were responsive to our questions and demands in WhatsApp, and were so helpful, they were so kind and understanding which is something i adore in people, i hope to stay here once again when i visit istanbul in the future

We got scammed!!
We booked the Apartment for my Adult son & myself as they advertise > a bed and a sofa-bed /see pics below.
But is just a tiny cheap, saggy 2-seater sofa being propped up in the middle by a stack of floor tiles!! Its not a sofa-bed at all (see photos below)
I ended up putting the sofa cushions on the floor & sleeping on the floor!!
The room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke!!
The toilet had thick black hair in the bowl!!
The kitchen was not equipped & had just a few odd bits & pieces from a cheap market stall!!
It had no glasses to drink water from, no knives etc and the bits and pieces were stained & grubby!!
The Hot Water System in the Living Room drips all day!!
It looks great in the photos online, but its far from great more like Faulty Towers!!
The building architecture is great.
It is recommended to provide breakfast
Very walk-able area with plenty of shops and things to do around. Very close to many transport options, incl. buses and metro.
