Pros:

The hotel is really nice and our room looked even better than on the photos. Hotel staff helped us a lot with our questions and they also speak english well. Breakfast is served very nicely in traditional way and tastes good. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

For sure I recommend the stay in this beautiful Konak 😍
Pros:

The property is a really konak, in eski mardin 😍, it is big with 3 terrace, our room was good, the breakfast also, the staff was so friendly and helpful ( specially Mr Mehmet, the worker in the kitchen 😍 and night shift staff) they were very welcoming and helpful, i loved the vibes of the hotel , thank you so much

Cons:

Unfortunately the stairs going to the hotel is far from the main road , specially with luggage going up or down , but the good thing is the stuff helped us during our arrival and leaving 😍

Очень красивый, чистый отель! Всё работает, тепло, уютно. Номер красивый и удобного размера. Есть кондиционер, чайник, холодильник. Завтрак в турецком стиле : яичница +сыр+тарелочки с оливками, сладким, фрукты. Чай горячий, вода, кофе растворимый круглосуточно в зоне ресепшен. Красивый вид с террасы. Рядом есть кафе для вечерних посиделок. Персонал - отличный! По крайней мере один сотрудник говорит по-английски, что очень облегчает жизнь и взаимодействие. Очень приветливый и общительный. По приезду он тут же предложил экскурсию вокруг Мардина, все удачно сложилось. Он же помог с багажом при выезде. Спасибо ему большое!

Cons:

Один недостаток : ступени! С главной /проезжей улицы нужно спускаться-подниматься по ступеням. Минут 5. Ни такси, на машина, ни автобус не подъедут. Так что расчёт только на свои силы. Или осликов, которые здесь ходят по улицам и возят грузы.

Пропиатно историей, запомнится радушием и невероятной красотой
Pros:

Это лучший сервис, который был в нашей жизни! Очень внимательный Наиф: угостил пивом, виноградом, а напоследок подарил подарки (в период проживпния праздновали день рождения). Расположение и интерьер отеля не поддаются описанию. Несколько террас с видом на месопотамскую долину, где можно пить чай на рассвете или вечером. Нас встретили на дороге, донесли чемоданы, обратно - так же, обменивали деньги. Вкусный традиционный турецкий завтрак, красивая сервировка. В общем, выше всяких похвал!

Cons:

Звукоизоляция в номерах. Было еще несколько нюансов, но плюсы всё перекрывают.

Pros:

La struttura storica è molto bella e ha una visita memorabile. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile, cordiale e attento. C'è stato un piccola incomprensione sulla prenotazione, ma ci sono venuti incontro e in 5 minuti hanno risolto rendendo il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Se arrivate in auto mettetevi in contatto con loro prima di arrivare e vi faranno parcheggiare gratuitamente.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit viel persönlichen Einsatz der Crew

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Interieur der Zimmer ist wunderschön und stilvoll ausgesucht. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir noch einen Zimmerservice gewünscht, der das Bett macht und jeden Tag die Handtücher austauscht.

Cons:

The rooms was never clean, there was hair in the shower, had keep asking for water even at breakfast, while the hotel might be located at approx 100mts from main road, the amount of steps to get anywhere as well the alleys are a labyrinth impossible to work out, easy to get lost and most people don't speak other languages, the hotel should clarify the location by disclosing the difficulty of access
