Pros:

Wonderful location and amenities. Everything inside is well built, and the staff is very accommodating. It’s in a great location, and easy to get to everything in Goreme.

Cons:

The lights inside are a little difficult to use, some switches don’t do what you think they will but that’s not the end of the world. If you’re staying in room 500, note they only have stairs, and it may be difficult for the elderly.

Lovely value hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

A lovely small value hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff that repeatedly went out of their way to accommodate and help the guests with hotel requests, tours, and transfers. The included traditional Turkish breakfast was huge with so items to try that they filled the table and then brought more once others were consumed. Thank you for an enjoyable experience in beautiful Cappadocia!

Excelente hotel y atención.
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal e instalaciones.

Cons:

Estuvo todo muy bien. Sería bueno que el desayuno fuera self Service y tuviesen comida internacional, no solo tradicional turca.

Eines der Besten Hotels !!!
Pros:

Das ganze Personal war sehr Freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist kein einfaches Buffet sondern hier werden einem verschiedene Türkische Speisen gereicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur Empfehlen.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Absolutely the best decision we made was to book Caverna hotel Premium Caves. The rooms were spacious very clean and the location was perfect, in the heart of Goerme. Breakfast was 10 out 10, excellent selection and service was superb every time. And the icing on the cake was the Staff...Albert was efficient and helpful as were all the staff who wanted to ensure our stay went without a hitch. Thanks

カッパドキア旅行でベストな体験ができるホテル

ロケーションやホテルの綺麗さはもちろんのこと、スタッフがとても親切だった。質問時の対応も早く、非常に助かった。
ツアーの予約(気球ツアー、ATVバギーツアー、レッドツアー)もホテル経由で予約を依頼し、質問事項にも親身に対応してくれた。
タクシーの手配も速やかに対応していただき、大変助かった。

La habitación era muy amplia y llena de detalles cuidados como las paredes de piedra expuesta, los tapetes y un baño con jacuzzi excepcional.

El hotel en general es bello y acorde con la particular arquitectura de Capadocia. El desayuno fue toda una experiencia, abundante, abundante, abundante y delicioso. Siempre dejamos comida (por la cantidad) sobre la mesa.
