Hospedagem na Capadócia é no Caverna Hotel!
Pros:

Adoramos nossa estadia no Caverna Hotel por vários motivos! Localização, tamanho do quarto, café da manhã delicioso e principalmente a educação dos funcionários que nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos. A equipe é muito prestativa! Recomendamos esse hotel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aí com toda certeza! Especial agradecimento ao funcionário que realizou tanto nosso chech in como check out (não me lembro o nome) que nos forneceu um lanche para comer na viagem já que saímos de madrugada.

Realmente, el servicio al cliente fue excelente. La gente fue muy amable y muy querida. El cuarto estaba súper bien, muy limpio y todo estuvo en excelentes condiciones.

Pues, realmente, lo que no me gustó fue que son hoteles como un poco improvisados. No se siente realmente como un hotel tradicional. Afuera había un poco de desorden, aunque eso es algo que puede ser normal en Turquía. El desayuno estaba bien, pero en general todo se sentía un poco improvisado.

A wonderful stay with an amazing location, beautiful views, and incredibly helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The room was very clean, and the location was amazing, especially for watching the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked, they did their best to help us with great care. They also helped arrange our tours, which made it very easy for us to explore Göreme in a short time. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great!

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at a cave hotel. Book the King suite!
Pros:

The cave was really spacious. It had multiple couches and a jacuzzi. The terrace also beautifully looked over the balloon sites. We spent the sunrise looking over the valley and balloons. The breakfast provided was really rich and healthy. So many choices of eggs, salads, cheeses, breads, dips and more. The photos in the listing are accurate

location, breakfast, and staff are outstanding. Staff support is kind and professional. Facility is a little bit old but total services exceed what I expected..Even after checkout, the staff helped us as we had an accident regarding transportation. I appreciate all of staff and our staying in Caverna.
