Personnel especially the reception stuff were very hospitable and helpful. Parking area just behind the hotel.
The hotel is about 300 meters away from Kemeralti charshi, but the issue is hotel itself located in a hilly area that makes trouble for the pedestrian.
Vi var en familie på 4 og vi kunne godt være der. jeg bad om et ikke ryger værelse men jeg tror at alle værelser har der været rygere i da man kan lygte det. Når man kun skal være der en dag så er det fint.
Meget flinke og imødekommende medarbejdere som tog godt i mod os med et smil.
Det kan godt være varmt på den anden side af værelset der hvor aircondition ikke er.

I booked two rooms. The room I stayed was very modern and spacious and I couldn't fault it. Great value for money.
Good hair dryer and water pressure.
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even slippers provided.
Staff are really friendly and do their best to help guests out.
Some of the staff couldn't speak English well but even used ?Google translator to understand my requests and to help.
You can see the Izmir sea from the front of the hotel.
It's close to the high street. It takes about 35mins by taxi from Izmir airport to the hotel.
My friend who stayed in the other room apparently saw 3 cockroaches.
The room was full of cigarette smell and I saw some cigarette ends on the ash tray and on top of the fridge although it was smoke free room.
The remote control for the aircon was quite dirty.
The air quality isn't good as the hotel is surrounded by the roads. My room's window was by the road so I had to close it.
Little sound proof.
No lift.
We missed our flight home and found this place on Hotels.com. I would highly recommend staying in room 502 if possible the views are breathtaking :) The room is light and spacious and the bathroom is lovely and clean. I stayed here with my Partner and two children. The staff were very polite and accommodating they even let us store our bags until it was time to leave for the airport. Thank You for letting us experience that beautiful room.

This Hotel was great . It was walking distance to the town centre. It was clean the bed was comfortable and the general room was great . Staff very helpful . If your looking for cheap place to get your head down and relax it’s great When I go back to Izmir I will book this hotel again .

The shower
The A/C couldn't be turned on because the filter smelled so bad and rotten. So we had to open the windows and the noise from the street was so loud we actually did not sleep.
The Bed was crooked or broken.
The tv didn't have a remote.
No wi-fi to be found.
No elevator
The staff was very accommodating
Our room was smelling of cigarettes to a level I never experienced before, to the point that we had nausea even the morning after. The room sound insulation was non existent and we kept being woken up by couples coming in an out of rooms, which gives you a good idea of the type of customers this place attracts. Beside the smell the room looked dirty and the sink and shower were clogged.
So clean and comfortable inside, highly recommend.
Çalışanlar çok ilgili birkaç kere sıkıntı varmı diye sordular, ufak tefek sorunları hızlıca hallettiler. Odalar temiz, buzdolabı ve klima yeterli, asansör yok. Odada çay kahve seti ve kettle var. Havlular ve çarşaflar çok temizdi. Oda iç dizaynı güzel, yerler halı kaplama. Memnun kaldık
Dört kişilik aile olarak sadece bir gece konakladık.. otel konum olarak cok iyi bir yerde.. izmir konakta heryere kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.. çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi.. hijyen olarak iyi bir ortam vardı.. özellikle fiyat performans olarak gayet başarılı..
