Ottimo hotel, letti comodi e camere spaziose. Gentilissimo il personale, nonostante siamo arrivati molto prima dell'orario del check-in, ci hanno subito dato la camera. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la piscina perché era ancora svuotata, mentre quella al coperto era solo a pagamento in pacchetto con i massaggi. Colazione buona e varia, peccato per i panini che erano terribilmente vecchi e duri di una settimana.

The hotel is in a great location and also has a large swimming pool. The room was ok although the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripping during the first night. The manager came to look straight away and gave us some extra towels and it was rectified the following day. Breakfast was good - typical Turkish breakfast and was varied. It would have been good to have had some scrambled or fried eggs as the only option was a boiled egg. The hotel has a car park which is good if you need parking. The staff were really nice, friendly and extremely helpful.

Fiyat performans açısından iyi bir konaklama geçirdik. Kahvaltıyı havuz başında ferah bir ortamda yaptık. Yiyecek ve içecek çeşitleri herkese hitap edebilecek tarzda yeterince vardı.

私が止まった部屋は、部屋のバルコニーからたくさんの気球が見えました。
カッパドキアでみた気球も素晴らしかったですが、パムッカレでみた気球もとても素晴らしかったです。このホテルに宿泊できてよかったです。
水回りは清潔ではありますが古いようには感じます。またくる機会があれば宿泊したいホテルです。

Det är sååå dammigt och jag är säkert att de inte gör nån extra städning. Inget hiss och man ska bära bagage själv så det är inte för nån som har stora bagaget. AC finns men inte alla rum har kylen dock man får använda restaurangens kyl. Poolen är najs och frukosten är stor. Billigt så kanske man får vad man betalar-typ.

The only part I liked was the staff and their excellent service. The room was ok, but the bathroom was in a terrible condition and I personally would not come back to this property.

Tanıtım bilgileri ile gittiğimiz otelin odadaki ışıklandırma iyi değildi,çarşaf ve nevresimler delik yırtıktı,gardrobta elbise askısı yoktu,klozet iyi tespit edilmemişti,duş duvar aparatı bozuktu.Kahvaltı malzemeleri yeterli idi.Hizmet sektöründeki personeli samimi ve çokk iyi idi.

Basic hotel with a good pool and small bar area. Hotel is across the road from Pamukkale cotton castle. Easy walking distance to sites/ restaurants and shops.
Room was basic but comfortable and the staff, espcially fatima, were super helpful.

Very large hotel with over 100 rooms and a large swimming pool. Room 206 on main floor. Room good size with king and single twin bed. No desk, lamp or chair. Had to work on computer laying in bed. No in-room safe. Room had a balcony with railing so able to dry clothes outside.
Shower door broken but closed most of way. No holder for shower wand as in the last hotel, very inconvenient. Breakfast was down by the pool. They offered meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, and bread. No yogurt or cereal offered.

Stopped here on a 2 day trip to Ephesus and pamukkale. Hotel is dated but rooms are a good size - 3 single beds which weren’t very comfortable.
Bathroom seriously needs an update but functional.
Food for breakfast and dinner was pretty much the same - salad, breads, fruit just a couple of different hot items. Coffee is served but no English tea (even though 80% of the guests were English.
The pools looked good and well kept but the best bit was it’s right next door to Pamukkale, so you see all the hot air balloons at sunrise which is spectacular.

Room was spacious and clean at a reasonable price. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. In Pamukkale, it is hard to find a good hotel at a reasonable price. It is at a walking distance to Hierapolis and antique pool. Highly recomended

Booked in here as part of a tour got to the room it was absolutely filthy bugs crawling over the bed sheets were all stained don't know where to start about the bathroom shower all smashed the pool had scum at the bottom most of the group refused go stay there and thankfully we were moved to a beautiful hotel up the road avoid at all costs

The Uyum Hotel is on the main street, about 300m from the thermal pools. It is a modest hotel, but the hearty breakfast and central location offer good value. The breakfast buffet offered fresh oranges, greens, tomatoes, cukes, olives, little hot dogs, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, salads, fresh bread, juice, coffee and tea. Everything was clean.
