Pros:

Merhaba 18-20 mayıs tarihinde otelinizde konakladık 2 kişi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, oda çok genişti kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Ama temizlik için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kapımıza temizlensin yazısı asmıştık, çarşaflar hiç değiştirilmemişti sadece düzeltilmişti. Temizlik yapan arkadaşlar bizim odadaki balkon kapısını açmışlar orasında yangın merdivenine bakıyor. Çok güvensiz bir durum bizim odada özel eşyalarımız vardı çalınabilirdi o açık kapı yüzünden.

Top Service und nette Personal. Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Allerdings die Ausstattung etw veraltet für den Preis ist in Ordnung.

Galata Kulesinin alt sokağında lokasyon olarak heryere yakın diyebilirim, temizlik, kahvaltı ve genel olarak güzeldi rahat ve huzurlu bir otel deneyimi yaşadım.

Pros:

The hotel has many little issues, the overall finish of the build is cheap and unsightly. The bathroom i had was so small you could just about get inside and the shower never worked properly. The overall maintenance was very poor. However the breakfast was very good and service was also impeccable.

Horrible experience. TO AVOID
Pros:

Terrible hotel with terrible service. I was travelling for work and the responsible of the hotel refuse to give me the receipt. Which was a big problem for my company. Plus the room had a bad smell and there were stain on the bed and on the carpet.
I deeply recommend you to avoid this experience and choose another place to stay

Veryyyyyyy bad service! We contact the respectionest every day to repair the bathroom issues but they are not do anything! Everything is bad in the bathroom the sink very tiny with hot water.. there is not any other choice only very hot water also the shower head holder is broken BROKEN WITH WATER ALL AROUND WITHOUT FIXING IT WE CALLING THEM EVERY HOUR WHITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. BAAAAAAD BADDD EXPERINCE WITH BAD dealing

Great breakfast and view
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and great service! We stayed at the sister hotel next door and this is where breakfast was.
It is a buffet breakfast with really good choice of Turkish breakfast. There is a view over the Old Town also.
And the friendly staff made us Turkish coffee. Thanks

Amazing
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful the spa was amazing. I would totally recommend it's very close to transport and sites. Staff were welcoming at any time of the day or night. Excellent breakfast with very wide choice of food as well as a great view of the city on the roof top terrace
