It was a complete Scam. They took the money on the card, then they called to cancel the booking pretending it was an error on the system ans they don’t have available rooms. You ask for a refund and they don’t give you your money back

Great location just off Iskiklal Caddesi yet very quiet and good value.

Excellent. Staff are extremely nice especially a girl was extra ordinary nice. She given us early check in and extra services.

konum bizim için çok iyi bir yerdeydi, cafelere, restorantlara çok yakın 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, tavsiye ederim, sadece balkonda 1 sandalye vardı ve talep etmemize rağmen ellerinde olmadığını sonradan söylediler.

Oda da havlu olmadığını duş dan sonra farkettim. Odadan çıktıktan sonra katta havlu dolabı olduğunu gördüm.

Le séjour s'est bien passé et c'était confortable. On se sentait bien dans la chambre. Apart que à chaque fois on rentrait dans la chambre il faisait très chaud heureusement il y avait la clime.

No gym or spa like stated on website

I truly enjoyed my stay. Location was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and a very quiet location. I would definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with the good things first
The location is brilliant, 5-7 min walk from main shopping street and Taksim square. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as supermarkets.
The room has air conditioning, kettle, fridge, hair dryer. The hotel also arranged a taxi to takes us back to the airport. The young man at reception is very friendly and helpful and speaks English very well.

The critical points
Breakfast is on request only at a fee
Balcony furniture is NOT as advertised. No sofas but 2 simple cheap, flimsy chairs and a small table!
The curtains do NOT close properly leaving a gap of about 20 cm so you’ll be woken up early by sun light. There is some noise from the street/bars/nightclubs so bring ear plugs if you’re a lite sleeper.
The matras is old and worn and the pillows smell when we arrived. The shower head leaks
The girl at the reception is not friendly and not helpful.

Only spent one night. Tiny room but we just had our carry on luggage so that was ok. Would have been a great location if we could have purchased a 10 ride transit ticket but the machine kept stealing our money and giving us a printed ticket with instructions on how to go to some office for a refund

We had the worst experience ever in a hotel, in fact this should not be called a hotel, it does not deserve it.
Expedia should be more responsible with customer and does not allow to have this type of hotel in its website. The photos do not correspond to the reality. When you enter the room the disapointment is total.

Loveoly cozy boutique hotel in the center of Istanbul

Horrible place. Pictures are nothing like the actual rooms. We booked the large suite on 6th floor but it was small, very dirty, the door handle of the toilet was falling off and the toilet smelt bad.
The sofa bed was filthy and the sheets were not clean.
I would give it negative points if I could. This property shouldn't be listed on hotels.com
