Зірковий персонал. Жахливий готель
Pros:

Дуже приємний персонал, який намагався допомогти. І на ресепшені і прибиральниця і буфетниця.

Cons:

Номери ми жили у двох. Вони ужасні. Перший був на 2 поверсі називався Делюкс. Дуже брудно. Волосся на стінах у ванній. Навколо кроваті на стінах соплі розмазані. Вбиті меблі та ремонт. Вся постіль в чужому волоссі. Номер прокурений. Шумно. Немає шумоізоляції. Сусіди гуляли до 4 ранку та палили у коридорі. Дихати було неможливо чнрез запах цигарок. брудний кондиціонер. Мы чистили решітки власноруч. У ванній вся сантехніка вивалюється зі стіни. Наче її недоробили і не зафіксували. Пропалені цигарками меблі та штори. Обідрана підлога. Неможливо викупатися, бо вода чи окроп чи крижана. Це був просто жах. За останні 10 років більш жахливого номеру я ще не бачила

На ранок мы хотіли виїхати. Бо це жах. Нам не захотіли повертати гроші, але запропонували номер на 4 поверсі. Ми погодилися.
Номер краще, але вони пофарбували підлогу якоюсь фарбою з олією та вона воняла просто жахливо. Всі вікна треба було тримати відкритими. На ранок моя дружина прокинулася з отруєнням. Її тошнило та рвало .

Mauvais séjour
Pros:

Seulement le second homme a qui nous avons pu parler qui se trouvait à la réception et qui s’est excusé pour tout notre séjour

Cons:

La propreté, la sécurité car notre porte ne fermait pas. La taille de la chambre est un homme extrêmement désagréable à la réception avec qui nous avons eu deux fois affaire et qui nous remettait tout le temps la faute dessus, et pour finir le transfert ou l’homme n’est pas venu nous chercher nous avons dû prendre un autre taxi de nous-mêmes.

Good Stay at Blue Marina Hotel—Service Attentive and Nice, External Dining Less So
Pros:

The Blue Marina Hotel in Antalya offered a pleasant brief stay overall. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the internet connection worked reliably throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, always ready to assist with any request, which created a welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Although my room was on the second floor facing the street and therefore somewhat noisy, the accommodation still provided good value for the price. For a four star hotel, I had expected a kettle in the room—which was not available—although the reception kindly provided tea one evening upon request. Having the option to prepare a warm drink in the room would certainly be an appreciated addition for future guests. A less positive aspect of the stay was my experience at a nearby restaurant, which I would not recommend. The meal was expensive, and unfortunately the meat served was not fresh, leading to a serious case of food poisoning. When I informed the hotel’s reception manager, he confirmed that similar incidents had occurred; it would therefore be extremely helpful if the hotel could proactively warn guests about such risks. This was not my first food related incident in Turkey, as I had a similar experience in Istanbul last year. In my view, the dish most frequently associated with such issues—despite sounding appetizing—is Turkish köfte, which is often costly in restaurants, yet the meat used is not always fresh. Despite this negative external experience, the hotel itself provided a good level of accommodation and can be recommended.
