لايوجد شي مميز عادي جداً

اقمت في الاوتيل مع افراد العائله اربع ليالي شامل الافطار ( 3 غرف ) كل غرفه في دور ! ولايوجد مصعد والدرج متعب جداً والافطار ( طبق مكرر نفس الفطور ) والمشكله الأكبر هي روائح دوره المياه !!! وشبكه النت لا تعمل في الاوتيل واخيراً موقع الاوتيل على الطريق العام 24 ساعه السيارات والشاحنات تمر بالطريق وللأسف لايوجد عازل صوت والازعاج في الغرفه قوي جداً لا تستطيع النوم ..... تجربتي الشخصيه ويمكن غيري كانت تجربته افضل مني

Air conditioning stopped for 2 nights
Pros:

Large rooms nice view

Cons:

I booked a King suite, I text the hotel told them that we are 3 adults and 2 kids they welcomed me and promised a free sofa bed, when I reached they refuse to give extra 2 blankets, I offered to pay they say No!

At 6 am they closed AC after 30 min argument they receptionist restarted the central control panel and the AC worked, next day same thing happened and instead of restarting the system the receptionist argued with me and he was angry, other families came asking to open their AC apparently he did nothing however the AC system started at 8:30!!

what was really disappointing is the receptionist manage some how to give himself an exception and kept his AC running!

This my 2nd visit to this hotel, in my previous visit the staff were very welcoming, this time I felt the opposite..

Not professional but I only liked the breakfast so I gave some good rating
Pros:

- The breakfast was really good.
- The room size.

Cons:

- Check in delay. (45 minutes)
- Multiple electric outages.
- The sheets were not replaced when cleaning
- Only one guy doing the cleaning for all rooms and thats not enough.

Nice, but I won't repeat it
Pros:

I liked the view of the hotel and the beach.

Cons:

There is no elevator in the hotel, the rooms are not cleaned daily, there is no trash can in the room, the staff only speaks Turkish

Disappointed travellers
Pros:

We did book out of season but the choices in the restaurant were very limited although the man serving was very friendly. Paper cups for hot drinks in the room. Our toilet was in the shower. Right by the side of the main road and had traffic noise all night. There was no bar and no cafe although in the hotel description. Nothing nearby.

The size of the rooms is great especially for a family, the hotel is generally quiet and the restaurant serves great fresh fish. The staff are very helpful.

Cons:

There was a small issue with the lock of the room’s door however the staff did their best to resolve the issue. Furthermore there are no convenience shops or supermarkets nearby which can be an inconvenience.

1-The door is not locked ( the lock of the door is broken).
2- AC is not good all the time the room is heated.
3- no privacy for the any room all the room is connected with the fish restaurant.
4- no elevator to the rooms.
