A good option in a good location if you want an apartment rather than a regular hotel room.
Pros:

Great location (pretty close to the beach, the beach park, and the mall, in a very quiet neighborhood, two grocery stores nearby). Spacious room/apartment (everything is new and clean) with all the necessary appliances (like a washing machine and fridge). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Only negligible gripes: it may be tricky to catch cleaning/housekeeping unless you leave the room for hours at a time (which we almost never did). The safe is kinda finicky (but maybe it was just me).

Супер вариант по расположению, оборудованию и обслуживанию!!!
Pros:

Мы останавливались в апартаментах с видом на сад. 2 спальни и кухня гостиная.
1) Отличный номер
2) Хорошее расположение - можно дойти до нескольких магазинов за 3-5 минут
3) Хороший интернет - я мог без проблем работать, тянет встречи а Teams
4) До пляжа 7-10 минут
5) Очень приятный персонал и владельцы, все подскажут и помогут
6) Кондиционер во всех помещениях - отлично
работал.
7) Тихо вечером, можно спать спокойно. Все «злачные» места далеко, никакая музыка или громкие отдыхающие не мешают.

Cons:

Чтобы что-то не понравилось - только, если придираться:
1) Если вы приезжаете в 5 или 6 утра - заранее четко проговорите, кто вас встретит и пропустит в отель. Мы позагорали на улице 3 часа, но так совпало, что в этот день не было дежурного. При этом нас заселили уже в 10-00, что супер рано. Спасибо!!!
2) Какие-то мелочи в номере - доделать слив в раковине в туалете. Прикрутить сейф к стене, чтобы не двигался.
3) Если возможно - добавить сковороду побольше.

It was ok for two days but not worth the money to stay longer in our opinion.
Pros:

Mostly the location and the variety of shops and restaurants closeby.

Cons:

We got room nr 3 on the bottom floor, a lot of flies and insects came in everytime we opened the door. As we arrived to the apartment, it looked very good but it wasn’t properly cleaned. Dust everywhere as well as in the rooms. Bed not comfortable and we dont think everything was washed. There was a stinking smell of cat urine in the hallway and bedrooms which was horrible. Since we only were going to spend two nights there and mostly be out and about, we decided not to complain. We had a small issue with the sink but got it fixed quickly. We asked for thicker blankets on arrival since we got very thin ones but never got any. No staff available in the office at night.

Небольшой, уютный отель в тихом районе. Свежий ремонт, хорошая мебель, кухня оборудована всем необходимым для автономного проживания. Фотографии соответствуют действительности. Уборка, смена полотенец и постельного белья по требованию без проблем. Рядом с отелем кафе, продуктовые магазины, аптеки. Пляж Коньялты в10 минутах ходьбы. В отеле были пляжные зонты, которые можно было брать с собой на пляж. Эта услуга очень порадовала. Однозначно рекомендую отель для отдыха.

Восхитительный отдых в великолепном отеле!Останавливались в номере суперлюкс с террасой — это полный восторг! Номер невероятно просторный, светлый, с изысканным интерьером и безупречной чистотой. Огромная терраса стала нашим любимым местом: проводить там вечера и встречать утро с чашкой кофе — особенное удовольствие.Персонал отеля заслуживает высшей похвалы. Все сотрудники очень отзывчивые, вежливые и внимательные к деталям, любой вопрос решался моментально. Сервис действительно на высоте. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям!

Great value and good location for walking
Pros:

The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the busy street on the beach but ideally suited for an easy stroll to the numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It is great value instead of paying high rates to be on the beach area and in the traffic and noise. It has an elevator and a small balcony (with an astray - which was much appreciated). It is small but we were three adults and it was more than adequate. They also provided clean sheets and towels, etc after 3 days.

Cons:

The view from the balcony is very residential. We however enjoyed this and felt we were part of the city.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere — we will definitely come back again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and this was not our first time here. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful.Comfortable room, and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. Housekeeping was excellent, and we always felt welcomed during our stay.

Cons:

Overall, everything was very good and comfortable.
