Good location, great stay for money..
Pros:

We liked that the property is very close to everything.. only a little walk and you come to the beach.. restaurants, banks, salon & etc. are just around the corner of the hotel.
Apartment was clean.. cozy balcony.. overall we were satisfied and happy that we chose to stay on that area.

Pros:

Останавливались в январе. Отель понравился. Продуманный функционал: встроенная кухня, стиралка, посудомойка, холодильник, телевизор с местными каналами. Хорошее освещение. Приличный дизайн номеров! Терраса. Утром без суеты.
Лифт, лобби - прекрасные.
Персонал хорошо говорит по-английски, все радушные и приятные.
В целом, небольшой, уютный отель. Рядом масса магазинчиков и ресторанчиков, и до моря - всего ничего. Приятные цены.

Cons:

Муэдзин, конечно, поёт, но привыкаешь...
Заедают замки в совмещённую ванную-туалет. Самый большой минус: на третьем этаже ночью что-то булькает, подсвистывает (может быть, это вода в баках на крыше, может быть, то-то ещё); это звук, который слышно постоянно и очень хорошо ночью.
Если не придираться, то на "отлично".

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um alles bequem zu erreichen.

Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Veran, der freundlich, zuvorkommend und unglaublich hilfsbereit war.

Pros:

Alles war perfekt! Sauberes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage! Der Mitarbeiter Varan war besonders nett und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Toller Pool. Sehr guter Transfer über das Hotel.

Не в первый раз останавливаемся в этом апарт отеле. Идеальный вариант по соотношению цена/качество. В этот раз мы останавливались зимой и было комфортно внутри, несмотря на прохладную температуру на улице. Отличное местоположение ( магазины, кафе, рестораны, в пешей доступности ТЦ 5m Migros, набережная Конъялты, можно дойти пешком до старого города), хороший ремонт, апарт отель оборудован всем необходимым.
