Good hospitality and value, but keep an earplug handy
Pros:

- Convenient Location: A comfortable 15-minute walk to the metro station. Having large supermarkets like Carrefour and Migros right at the station is a huge plus for grabbing groceries. Downside - you have to do uphill.
- Flexible Check-in: I arrived late, but the management was very accommodating and organized a smooth self-check-in process for me.
- Helpful Staff: The administration was incredibly responsive and did their absolute best to assist with any requests.
- Kitchen Perks: It was great to have free coffee and tea available in the kitchen.
- Affordable: Reasonable price for the service provided.

Cons:

- Poor Soundproofing: This was the biggest issue. The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors as if they are in the same room. If you happen to have neighbors who stay up late, getting a good night's sleep becomes a real challenge.
- Bathroom Privacy & Maintenance: The bathroom door didn’t close completely, which is quite uncomfortable when sharing a room. Additionally, the shower is worn out; water leaks from all outlets (overhead, hand shower, and tap) simultaneously regardless of the setting. This leads to very low water pressure in the main shower head.
- Drainage Smell: There was a constant, unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It wasn't overwhelming, but certainly noticeable.

Preis/Leistung, sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Es gab eine Gemeinschafts-Küche und eine Terasse.
Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Konsulat, was wahrscheinlich der einzige Grund ist das Leute hier buchen.

Cons:

Schlecht isoliert, sehr laute Geräusche nachts. Die Tür zum Flur ist so schlecht, dass ich die Leute gehört habe als würden sie neben mir stehen. Es gibt keine Tür zum Badezimmer, bzw. die Plastik-Schiebetür ist kaputt. Es gibt nichtmal einen Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer.

Pros:

I traveled to Izmir in June. Since it was important for me to be close to Istinye Park Mall, I chose this house. I booked the Panorama unit because I like having a nice view from the room. The host was very polite.

All the cooking facilities are located on the ground floor of the building. However, please note that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage to the top floor can be challenging. The house itself is situated on an uphill alley.

The air conditioner needs to be on constantly, as it gets quite hot. The bathroom is small and separated from the room by a shutter-style door. Cleanliness was well maintained.

Overall, I was satisfied because it was close to both the metro and the shopping center. However, the stairs and the steep street were a bit inconvenient.

Recomendable para una corta estadía.
Pros:

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila, facilidad para hacer el check-in, personal muy servicial. La estación de metro esta relativamente cerca (aunque prepárate para la súbida para llegar al hotel). La habitación tenía servicios básicos, cama cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeňa, la ventana estaba junto a una zona con mucho movimiento de personas, me hizo falta privacidad. El hotel estaba lejos del centro, me pareció caro para lo que me ofreció el alojamiento.

Courteous Host, Easygoing and Convenient Stay
Pros:

Super clean room, everything appears exactly as in the photos and description. We appreciated the advance communication from the owner, and especially that she contacted us directly when there was a problem with the credit card that we booked with (instead of just cancelling our reservation like some other hotels did/do). This felt more like a homestay than a hotel, and I mean that in the most positive way. Parking in front of the house is easy, and there is an awesome bakery that opens early just 150m or so down the street. Also nearby is a mall with a massive Migros supermarket. Simply put, this as an enjoyable and convenient stay, which we would recommend and gladly do again!

We liked everything.

Pros:

Location is good if you need to stay in the area, communication with hotel is also fine. Room was clean but the one that we booked is a small one (there are of course different types). Price we got was also ok for the time of the year. They provided baby cot free of charge. AC is working fine.

Cons:

Noise isolation from the floor and street is not good (not a very busy street; though).
Bathroom door was not closing properly and staircase was very narrow if you have lots of luggage etc. window blinds could have made the room darker. i think for singles and couples it is a good place to stay but we had bit difficulty with a small kid.
