Pros:

The hotel is perfect: great service, cleanliness, and a kind, attentive team. My only remark is about the spa – the prices are too high for what is offered. The hammam is very basic and the couple’s package at €450 wasn’t exceptional. However, the spa staff were very kind and caring.

The hotel staff was lovely, polite and professional. Especially the concierge staff.

Cons:

The beach and beach restaurant is completely different entity to the hotel. Therefore, they don't co-operate together as one. Also, althought the rooms were perfectly clean, the view was amazing and the concierge staff perfect, I wouldn't say similar to the beach entity. The food in the beach restaurant wasn't the best I have eaten, also the staff was quite un-trained, I couldn't feel the usual Turkish hospitality in the beach. Of course, they are newly opened and there are things to be developed. I strongly recommend the management to focus on beach and it's restaurant. They are not as same level as Swissotel's brand name.

Малое количество людей!!! Мы словно сняли весь отель для нас двоих! Завтрак с самым прекрасным видом! Хороший номер, вкусный кофе, отличные виды и прекрасный досуг. Хороший пирс, чистое море! Наслаждение!!!

Cons:

Слышимость в спальне, из коридора утром слышны голоса работников, так как номер был возле их части здания.
Беруши!!! Не помешают и дадут сну быть более продолжительным и спокойным!

The view was amazing , the stay was comfortable. Everything was clean and proper

Cons:

During my three-day stay, the basic refilling of amenities, such as water in the room, was not carried out. Despite calling room service multiple times, the task was only completed after repeated reminders. This was quite disappointing, as such essentials should be taken care of proactively.

Gündoğan koyunda denize hakim konumda olan otel ne yazık ki beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Saat 11:00'de geldiğimiz otelde, odamıza ancak16:30 gibi geçtik.Otel ve residance dairelerin iç içe olmasından dolayı plajda yer bulmak ne yazık ki mümkün değildi. Otele ait plajda kahve içecek bir cafe dahi yoktu. Özel işletmeye verilen restorant çok pahalıydı. Havluya ulaşmak ve iskelede güneşlenmek için residancelarda kalan yazlıkları aşmak, kaba otel personeli ile ne yazık ki tartışmak gerekiyordu. Sonuç olarak ismine aldanmayın, huzurlu bir tatil için başka bir otel seçin.

Het strand en de zee

Cons:

Alles behalve het strand en de zee. Het is geen hotel. Het is eigenlijk een appartement dat je huurt. Er zijn weinig faciliteiten en het lijkt in niks op een verzorgd 5-sterren hotel. Bij ons werd er 2 van de 5 dagen niet schoongemaakt, de mini bar werd nooit bijgevuld en er was geen bediening in de lobby. Er waren 2 restaurants maar deze waren niet van het hotel en ze hadden maar een beperkte kaart of waren overdag gesloten.
In de kamer was een grote keuken maar er waren geen glazen, geen borden en ook geen bestek. Roomservice was erg beperkt. Zeker geen aanrader. Het was een teleurstelling

Очень красивый отель, номера чистые, аккуратные, есть все, что нужно, при заселении сделали комплимент в виде вина. Вежливый приветливый персонал, очень красивый пляж, чистая вода, красивый бич клаб. Вкусные завтраки. Территория большая , до пляжа возят на шатле. Все чисто, красиво, аккуратно, отдыхают практически только турки, русская речь слышалась ну очень очень редко.

Cons:

Вид из окна, если берёте обычный стандарт номер, вида не будет никакого, возле отеля нет инфраструктуры.

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön eingerichtet. Außer die Mitarbeiter in der Lobby und an der Rezeption sind alle sehr lustlos und unmotiviert. Das Personal im Restaurant sowohl auch rundherum ist sehr unprofessionell, da gibt kein Grüßen, kein Danke und Bitte. Das schlechteste am Hotel war, dass so ein luxuriöses Hotel nur ein Restaurant hatte und das Menü nicht vielfältig war. Das Essen war schrecklich, das Zimmer, dass wir hatten war süß eingerichtet, aber kaum Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen zu trocknen. Wenn ihr nicht verhungern wollt und nicht viel Geld für dieses schreckliche Restaurant hinblättern wollt, dann geht da nicht hin. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe, man möchte Omlett, kriegt man nicht. Man möchte Avocado-Toast, gibt es nicht. Das schlechteste Frühstück, das ich bis jetzt hatte.
