Близость к Таксим и Истикляль. Тихо после шумных улиц Стамбула. Хозяин отеля на связи. Всегда готов помочь. При заселении мы звонили хозяину, он мигом примчал. Вход в отель рядом с овощным магазином (фото прикрепила). Ресепшена в отеле нет. В номере все как на картинке. Лифта тоже. Первый этаж - это два пролета лестниц. Мы вернемся еще!!! Спасибо!!!
The location was good and easy to get around!
It was not clean, the third night we found a cockroach in the room. Also the owner tried to scam us on our second night about a supposedly guest who could not get inside the property because we locked a door to our room that we were never told not to look and so this guest had to stay at a hotel where the owner wanted us to pick up the bill.
We also asked for toilet paper and never received it!
Good location
The balcony was not clean. Hairdryer wasn't working, manager bring us another the other day, untill then we must go to the outside hair saloons, luckly they work till 2 am.
Great central location. The apartment is a good size for a short stay — clean, renovated, and just like the photos. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond.
The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned — I kept finding long hairs everywhere. The toiletries were very basic and there wasn’t enough toilet paper, though they did bring more when I asked. The biggest issue, though, was the noise. Every night around midnight, a group of guys would hang out right below the apartment, talking and laughing until 4 or 5 AM. Some of the businesses downstairs are open 24/7, which seems to encourage that. It was really frustrating and made it hard to sleep, even with earplugs — the walls and windows are paper thin. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave too. I understand there’s no daily housekeeping, but at least leaving some extra coffee and tea in the hallway would help. Also, there’s no smoke detector in the room, which is a safety concern.
Amazing property, good location and receive 100% assistance from the team. All went well.
If you can add a work-desk with chair, that would be helpful for business traveler :)

The location is in an area convenient for reaching shops and restaurants. The host Is very generous, kind, always attentive to suggest us itineraries and places and to help us ( for exemple to call a taxi).
The guests are very nice and willing to help with everything. Is situated in a safe area, very artsy.
The room had a strong smell of cigarettes.
Everything was amazing just as described!!!Also market right under the hotel the 24 hour service was amazing the hotel also booked us a taxi for out early flight and got safe and on time for our flight back ☺️☺️☺️
