Excellent staff and facilities we will definitely stay again
Pros:

First of all the staff was marvelous! Every one of them starting with front desk Zelal, Sude, Emre and a couple more members of the reception team unfortunately could not remember their names, the house keeping staff was wonderful especially our house keeper Emine always made sure the room was immaculate and for the few times we saw her always asked if we needed anything. Same with restaurant staff, especially breakfast was always freshly prepared and delicious with both Turkish and European food. The room was specious, immaculately clean, with good size room and shower with very good pressure and heat control, and great facilities (great indoor pool 1.4m good size and quiet which we were able to have a dip only once for an hour or so. the sauna and gym we didn't use but had a quick look they looked great too.) in the hotel over all. In short, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible in our lovely room and great facilities. We'll definitely stay again.

Cons:

There is a section of the restaurant where smoking is permitted, which is great for smokers, but being a non-smoker we could smell the smoke seeping into the other areas of the restaurant even the reception in a few occasions. perhaps better ventilation e.g. air flowing from non-smoking areas into smoking and/or better isolation of the smoking section would be a solution. One other small thing we would've personally liked to see was being able to use the stairs to get to our room and not only have access through the lifts.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Çerkezköy!
Alles bestens! Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders positiv ist das klasse Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.
Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Çerkezköy absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Increíble, hemos descansado muchísimo!
Pros:

Lo mejor, la cama y que las persianas se pudieran bajar hasta abajo para tener 100% de oscuridad

Cons:

Que en el desayuno hubiera un minimo de productos sin gluten para personas intolerantes o celiacas

Kan helt sikkert anbefale stedet. Alt var ren og flot. Hotellet ligger tæt byen.
Pros:

Først vil jeg takke receptionisten Gülistan for alle den hjælp vi fik. Vi kørte ca. 30 timer i bil og kom desværre lidt for tidlig på hotellet. Da vi spurgte om vi kunne tjekke tidlig ind var hun så hjælpsom at hun ordnede det hele. Hotellet var virkelig flot og ren. Alt var godt og vi vil gerne besøge stedet igen.

Hotel sehr gut, Abbuchung und Service danach eine Katastrophe
Cons:

Man hat mir zu viel Geld abgebucht und nach 4 Wochen ist weder eine Erstattung passiert noch habe ich konkrete Informationen, wann ich das Geld zurücküberwiesen bekomme.
