Not bad, not the best
Pros:

Hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms have high ceilings which is nice. Room size is good enough.

Cons:

The food was not very nice. There are not many choices. It’s not the same quality with istanbul swissotel.

The vibes, the cleanliness, and serenity.

Cons:

The receptionist (the blond one) was quite harsh in the way she acted.
The hotel location is away from the activities, you need to go to the top of the mountain with a taxi ( for 600 Turkish lira).

Design. Layout. Bedrooms are large. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Spa pools are heated but neither pool is actually warm. Spa doesn’t have a hot tub. Breakfast doesn’t have an egg station like all hotels internationally. Food and ski rentals are very expensive. Bedroom HVAC system in our room couldn’t be turned off, room kept reaching 29 degrees and I had to open the door for cold air. Slept with the door slightly open to get air

Very Beautiful
Pros:

The hotel in Bursa was beautiful, and I would especially like to thank Amer, who was excellent. He upgraded my room, was very helpful and friendly, and convinced me to add both breakfast and dinner to my stay.
However, I was surprised that the dinner was quite expensive, and unfortunately there was no buffet — only à la carte options from the menu. That said, overall the hotel was very nice and I would still rate it 9.2/10.
The only reasons I slightly lowered my rating were the weak internet connection and the fact that the dinner did not feel worth its price. A side from that, everything else was lovely.
