Everything was perfect except the food prices, would come back, beautiful hotel surroundings
Pros:

Everything was fantastic, the balcony view, the spa was great, the snowy forest, the trekking paths, a true peaceful nature escape. It is quiet and the staff were lovely. Free shuttle to and from the ski resort made my mind at ease and we could go skiing without a problem.

Cons:

One big minus - the food prices. The buffet prices are higher than anywhere in Europe! Approx 32 euros per person for breakfast buffet???! And so much higher for dinner. The room service food was ok price, BUT it was very average taste for dinner menu, not at all 5 star. therefore this is the only category where it's lacking.

Extremely disappointing stay.
The room was nothing special, absolutely not what you expect from a 5-star hotel charging premium prices.

The spa was ridiculous: far too small, very few loungers, and no space at all — we literally had to leave because there wasn’t even room to put our towels down. The pool was not warm enough, and moving from the indoor area to the outdoor part was unbearable. Getting out of the water in freezing temperatures seriously felt like risking hypothermia. Completely unacceptable.

The buffet was on the level of a 3-star hotel at best, with very limited quality and selection. Breakfast was another joke: we were told it was available until 11:30, arrived at 11:00, and were practically rushed out, with staff being unhelpful and clearly annoyed.

I cannot accept this kind of experience from a hotel that claims to be 5-star and charges such high prices. Expectations were very high and not met in any way. I would not return even at half the price.
