Very Beautiful
Pros:

The hotel in Bursa was beautiful, and I would especially like to thank Amer, who was excellent. He upgraded my room, was very helpful and friendly, and convinced me to add both breakfast and dinner to my stay.
However, I was surprised that the dinner was quite expensive, and unfortunately there was no buffet — only à la carte options from the menu. That said, overall the hotel was very nice and I would still rate it 9.2/10.
The only reasons I slightly lowered my rating were the weak internet connection and the fact that the dinner did not feel worth its price. A side from that, everything else was lovely.

I felt unwelcome by The staff, and in the checkout the valet lost my key or they acting like they lost it, my card details was stolen. Felt unsafe. This is the first time i write because i felt unsafe about.

Not worth the stay

I DONT recommend this place at all , i went there for a vacation all i had was disappointment starting from a ROOM leaking with water from the ceiling , waisting my time waiting for technicians to come fix it because customer relation are so slow to fix such situation and arent qualified to solve such problems , i had to pack and unpack i wasted my time , i went out from 8 to 4pm house keeping didnt come untill i called them at 4pm!! So i couldnt shower there was no towel as it should be … breakfast is 40€ NOT worth it at all kore like a 4star breakfast no variety some items are poor quality

Facilities were amazing and the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, the food quality was very disappointing. The dinner, especially the lamb dish, was a disaster and far below what I expected in Turkey, a country known for great food. Breakfast had many options but the quality was poor. Honestly, breakfast outside the hotel was 100% better. Because of the food, I would not recommend the dining experience here.

A Friendly Stay
Pros:

It’s my 2nd time and I love it and the reception team is quite friendly and the concierge is also friendly, make your stay comfortable and assists you if needed, thank you very much for your kindness my dears. The hotel is honestly incredible and the location is my favorite, rooms are also spacious which is very comfy.
