Reception staff are freindly especially at morning shift , they also checked me in at early morning , I thank them for that , no closet in the room , sound insulation is horrible , i could hear hall conversation in neighbouring room .

The hotel is close to public transportation. The hotel staff are very kind. Their treatment is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The tools are clean. I advise everyone to stay there.

Room smelled like walking into a bar - like a box of cigarettes. Had to take my suits for cleaning due to smell of smoke.
Toilet was not flushing properly and sounded like a jetplane for take-off.

Bathroom was leaking, so when taking a shower - it sprayed water all-over.
I Left the hotel one day earlier to stay at another hotel.
The room was clean but lacks several things, no closet to put clothes or stuff in! No big mirror, staff speaks few words of English! No room service , no breakfast! Wanted a taxi so I asked the reception , they couldn’t get me one, they said taxis don’t accept short rides ! Also in the booking they said free water ! It turned to be 2 very tiny plastic classes of water ! Luckily my stay in Istanbul was for 2 nights otherwise I would’ve moved to another hotel if my stay was longer than that ! Definitely not worth the price
