purtroppo l’igiene è veramente tanto scarsa . appena siamo arrivati la stanza era in condizioni catastrofiche, ho subito chiesto e mi hanno aiutato … il problema è che hanno pulito solo le zone che ho chiesto di pulire e non altri punti della camera . ció ci ha veramente delusi perche non è carino ritrovarti una stanza in condizioni del genere.
lo staff attento a chiedere se manca qualcosa sempre ma appunto il problema consiste solo nella pulizia delle camere , probabilmente perche fatte con superficialità.

there was no person in the reception when we arrived he was at home we asked for cancellation thank god he did it it was dirty and small and the location was not for us it is for someone who likes to drink

When I arrived at the hotel the room they gave me was a smaller room than the one a booked, it was also above a cafe that played loud music all day, I had to use my headphones on noise cancelling mode every single night to be able to rest. The bathroom door was broken and it was extremely filthy. I requested a room change and was moved to an upper floor, again, the bathroom was so dirty I had to actually buy cleaning supplies to be able to use the bathroom, they never cleaned the bedroom during my stay. The receptionist is barely in the building and on the night of September 26th at 4am a man broke into my room, there are no manual locks in the door, so anyone with a card can open the door, I had to barricade the door with a bedside table and clothes under a shoe to stop the door from opening. I am traveling alone so I was obviously scared. Around 15 to 20 minutes after, this man tried to open another door next to my room and the other guests screamed at him. I wrote a message via WhatsApp to someone who I believed, was hotel staff, and had previously wrote to me about the room change, and it turns out he is not even an employee of the hotel, so my personal information is not even private, he came over and I had to be nice because, again, I am a female solo traveler and this person was flirting with me on WhatsApp wishing me ''sweet dreams'', this is completely unprofessional. I asked to check the cameras the next day but there was no one at the reception, they later told me it was a previous guest that had the card to the room I was staying in. Which does not makes sense because why would someone who checked out still have the key card. They only offered me free coffee in downstairs coffee shop (the same one who plays loud music). I would advise anyone REFRAIN FROM STAYING HERE, especially if you are a woman, at the moment I couldn't afford to change hotels but I regret greatly not doing so even if that meant to re-budget this whole trip.

Я заселялась уже ближе к вечеру, однако номер не был готов. Пришлось подождать. Уборка очень плохая. Как будто они и не ждали гостей, когда я подъехала, парень с ресепшена пошел сам готовить номер и естественно, прибрал его очень поверхностно. Укрываться пришлось каким то покрывалом, так как не было пододеяльника, поэтому спала в одежде, боялась заразиться какими нибудь постельными клещами.

À fuir la chambre est très sale, nous arrivons à 19h et la chambre n’est pas nettoyée après cela a 3 heures du matin ce n’était pas possible de dormir à cause des bars à côté ou la musique était hurlante dans notre chambre le bruit était comme dans une boite de nuit, j’ai donc appelé le numéro de téléphone de la réception qui n’a rien fait pour arranger le problème. J’ai donc appelé la police qui est venue et a fait stopper ce carnage. Le lendemain pas d’eau chaude pour ce laver dans leur salle de bain qui était pas nettoyée .

The location of the hotel was very inconvenient for sleeping. Right outside there were several bars and restaurants playing loud music until 2–3 a.m., and on weekends even until 4 a.m. It was nearly impossible to get proper rest. On top of that, the cleanliness was poor – when I checked in, there were many hairs on the bed, and later I found ants in the room that went straight for any food leftovers. The reception staff also came across as rather unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
