ITS TOTALY FAKE HOTEL THAT YOU MADE RESERVATION AND PAYMENT , AND WHEN YOU ARRIVED ITS CLOSED AND NO BODY ANSWERS OHONES

No nos pudimos alojar,
el avion se retraso y no respondieron a los mensajes previos de hora de llegada, ni a la confirmacion del transfer que desde el hotel nos ofrecieron.
Definitivamente llegamos al hotel de noche, estaba cerrado y nadie respondio en el telefono de contacto q habia en la puerta asi que a las 2 de la mañana buscando otro hotel

The hotel was out of business, they weren't answering calls.

I booked this hotel for two days with a week break several months before the travel date. The only message I received from the owner was an offer for an expensive transfer. On the day of check-in, late in the evening, I arrived at the hotel, which was closed. The owner did not answer in the application and also did not accept calls to the specified phone number. Local people said that the hotel was closed by the police because drugs were sold here. Support, having listened to my problem, has been silent for a month. I categorically do not recommend this hotel, because the owner is a fraudster and you will not get justice here after you are deceived.

Hotel nie funkcjonuje. Po dotarciu nie dało się wejść do środka, a przez cały dzień przed zameldowaniem nie było kontaktu z gospodarzem.
Jedyny kontakt stanowiła oferta drogiego transferu lotniskowego, było to od razu po dokonaniu rezerwacji.
Należy bezwzględnie unikać tego hotelu, bo można stracić pieniądze. Booking niestety nie widzi problemu i na razie odmawia pomocy.

Нам так и не удалось попасть в отель. Сообщив заранее, что мы прибываем в час ночи и нас 4 человека, включая 2-детей, мы обнаружили записку на дверях, что отель закрыт на ремонт. На телефон никто не ответил. Письменно тоже никто не сообщил об отмене. Пришлось в пол второго ночи срочно искать альтернативу!

Comment peut on aimer quoi que ce soit alors que l'hotel est fermé depuis je ne sais quand alors qu'il continue d'accepter des réservations!! C'est inadmissible. On est arrivé hier, porte fermée, le voisinage nous indique (tant bien que mal vu la barrière de la langue) que l'hotel est fermé (soucis avec la police??!!). Tout ça alors qu'on a réservé la veille de notre arrivée!! 76euros perdue?!!! En plus de la galère de trouver une solution avec nos deux enfants en pleine nuit sans réseau!! Et bien sûr pas de réponse à notre message via booking

Wifi was a disgrace. Bed looked like it had been slept in. Stained bedding. Bathroom bin full of rubbish.
Absolutely ZERO sound proofing.
An absolute joke. Not recommended.
19 min walk from metro. Its on the H6 bus line for airport. An uber will gost you £9

I arrived at 9:40 pm. The door was locked. I pressed the reception button many times but nobody came to the door. I yelled in case anyone inside might hear me. Still nobody came. I called the first number listed on the front door but it was no longer in service. The second number got me to a recording in Turkish that I didn't understand. I looked up the hotel on the internet and called the number listed. Finally, someone answered. He said he would call someone and hung up. I waited not knowing what was going on. All of this took about 20 minutes and I was standing out in the cold. A woman finally came to the door and showed me to the room. I had to ask for a remote to the heater. She brought one but then had to change batteries.

Normally, I wouldn't complain about some dirty stuff in the room but because I was so stressed about trying to reach someone and having waited in the cold, I'm going to complain about it. Someone splashed something sticky on the bathroom door and the floor. Also, there was something that looked like a glob of green chewing gum on the sink.

The heater was very slow to work but it finally did end up hearing the room.

Aside from all the above, the room looked pretty new and was comfortable enough for a night's sleep.

Very noisy i couldnt sleep tell 5 am cuz of door opening and colsing
I stayed only for 12hours and moved my self to another hotel
I lost 4 days booking worth 122€
