Hi the hotel it self is nice and big but there is was a few issues like toiletries wasn't checked weather its finished or not, bed sheets wasn't changed though out my 7 days stay, there was no kettle in my room which I got 2 days after,one or two stuff speak a little English the funny thing happened the day before my checkout hotel owner knocked the door and i asked me to pack your stuff in 5 minutes you need to go to onwner different hotel i said why all i understood was government the rest Allah knows what was the reason behind it.

Absolutely dreadful. Dirty bathroom. Broken bed. Exposed electrics. Torn carpets.

When I arrived with my 84-year-old mother, they told me that they did not have a room. They asked us to wait to be transferred to a different hotel. After about 40 minutes, they took us to a different hotel, which was a prababallyb1-star hotel. Nothing worked in the room, no TV, no water boiler.

When I arrived at the hotel, it turned out that there were no rooms available. My room is occupied. They offered to move me to another hotel. They called a taxi and said that they had paid for it. As a result, the taxi driver demanded payment from me. The hotel turned out to be bad.

Ich kann dieses Hotel einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Klima funktionierte, Kühlschrank schön kühl. Zimmer schön groß und sauber.
Frühstück war ein Teller, war aber ok, es reichte.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend staying for an extended period. The breakfast, which costs $20, was disappointing and not worth the price. Additionally, the hotel is located in an area that I did not like—it was quite smoky and not pleasant. Overall, while the team was nice, the location and breakfast were major drawbacks.

The ac does not work. Throughout our stay, we have been to two rooms and both of the ac’s didn’t work. We told the staff, they said they would bring the technician, however they never came. We also ran out of toilet paper, we asked for more they said the same thing, “we will bring it to you”. And again,they never did we had to go get it our selfs.

Interior needs renovating especially the carpets. Otherwise very good breakfast and friendly service. Good for quick stay before next flight connection.

No proper restaurants/cafes with English menu in the walking distance. We booked a room for 4 people but only had 2 bath towels, asked at reception for 2 more and were told No with no explanation. A few small shops around to ger grocery bits if needed.

I had a really good stay, the room was clean and the staff was exceptional.

It's a nightmare staying in this Otel. Room door unable to lock, and the staff not willing to solve the issue, neither fix the door issue nor change room. Room leaking and the bathroom drain stuck and water unable to drain. Never had such nightmare and terrible experience in my travel life.
