Henkilökuntaa on erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Hotellin kunto erittäin huono, suihkut liian pieniä, lämmin vesi ei tulee. Sijainti ja henkilökunnan auttaminen ainut hyvää, ei mitään muuta toimi. Kaikki ääni kuulu toisesta huoneesta ja häiritsee todella paljon. Aamisellä pieni valikoima ja monta asia ei toimii ravintolassa. Työntekijöiden organisointi on puuttunut. Olen matkustanut yli 15 vuotta istanbuliin mutta valitettavasti tämä oli huonompi kokemusta hotellin kannalta. Vaikka he tarjosivat ilmainen aamiainen. Ja olin varannut vaikka superior huone ja saatu tavallinen huone. Kiitos kuitenkin hoitohenkilökunnalle ja managerille

The hotel is located in a central area with tram, ferry and bus stations only a few minutes away. Also many cafés and the Galata tower are nearby.
The hotel itself is quite large with many rooms that seem to differ a lot in size (although from the same category). Our first room was quite small and the last renovation of the room seemed to have been done without passion. Also, there was quite a lot of corrosion in the bathroom. We had problems with the toilet flush and the water in the wash basin not running. The hotel immediately reacted, they repaired the problems, but we got a new room anyways. The second room was noticeable bigger and also in a better condition, although there was again some corrosion in the bathroom. Both rooms were clean.
The personnel was very friendly.
We also had breakfast (7€ extra per day) which was good. Nothing super fancy, but what you can expect in my opinion from a 3-star hotel.
So, overall, I would recommend the hotel if you look for a relatively cheap hotel in a very central location and plan to mainly stay in the hotel for sleeping and breakfast

SEUL L'EMPLACEMENT EST VALABLE

Très déçue par cet hôtel. Tout d'abord le petit déjeuner est médiocre dans un lieu quasiment insalubre. Rien à voir avec les photos sur le site.
A aucun endroit de l'hôtel il n'y a vue sur la Tour Galata.
Ensuite nous avions réservé pour 6 nuits (ce qui est un long séjour pour Istanbul). Nous avons demandé un petit sur classement car je suis statut "gold" et cela nous a été refusé. Je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrai jamais
