Super Lage! Zauberhafte Aussicht auf den Vansee! Das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.

First of all amazing location! Directly at the lake and promenade, 5 minute walk to the city center. The Hotel is also a Cafe and Restaurant too.
Secondly the view. Book a room with sea view and watch the breathtaking sunrise over the lake! It was amazing! The most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen in my life. If you come to Tatvan, stay here, book a seaside room and watch the sunrise.
The Rooms are clean and look nice, they have a nice interior, are big and have comfortable beds.
Parking is on side and for free, the parking lot is a little hidden, but there is a sign right next to the small entry.
Tatvan is a nice city, there are many shops, its lively. At the promenade in the evening there is a lot of live music in all the cafes and restaurants. Just an enjoyable place. I was positively surprised. Also don’t forget to visit the Nemrut Crater, breathtaking nature with a big crater lake.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne, ruhige Lage des Hotels. Essen und Frühstück super. Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt auch für mehrere Tage.

Kahvaltı iyi,personel ilgili.Odada dolap yerleri iyi değil.Temizlik güzel.Banyoda klozet yeri dar.Duş geniş olmuş

Uzun bir motosiklet yolculuğunun sonunda Tatvan’daki başka bir otel evlilik cüzdanını sorun edip bizi almayınca bu oteli tercih ettik. İyi o otel bizi almamış da bu otel karşımıza çıkmış.
Otel konumu itibariyle Van Gölü kıyısında, müthiş bir manzaraya sahip. Zemin kattaki cafe-restaurantta keyifle vakit geçirebiliyorsunuz.
Otoparkı olması büyük bir avantaj.
Kaldığımız oda göl manzaralıydı ve oldukça konforlu ve temizdi.
Otel sahibi bey, çok misafirperver ve çok ilgili.
Bir daha bu bölgeye geldiğimde kalacağım tek yer burası olur…

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat uns gefallen. Das Frühstück war vom Umfang und der Auswahl sehr gut, allerdings war das Brot nicht immer frisch und am 2.Tag unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir erst später frühstücken, was unseren Ausflugsplan durcheinander gebracht hat. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum waren auch nicht sauber. Es gibt also Verbesserungspotential.

Ottimo hotel sul lungolago. Camera spaziosa e pulita, parcheggio in area privata. Buono anche il ristorante per la cena e la colazione.

The room was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Lovely views from the window and doorway across the private balcony to the waterfront promenade, sea and lovely mountain. Dinner downstairs was pleasant either indoors, indoor/outdoor space or outdoors on terrace. Great people watching.

Tatvan ist keine schöne Stadt, daher bin ich froh, dieses Hotel mit Blick auf den Van-See gebucht zu haben. Man hat mir ein Upgrade angeboten. Ein großes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Es war nicht billig, aber ich froh, dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gewählt zu haben.

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich wo im Hotel arbeitet,das war’s,leider das ist kein Hotel sondern irgendein Irrenhauses,sie haben keine Ahnung,sie sind nicht geschult,man kann nicht mal sagen sie sind Amateur, Sauberkeit fehlt,kompetent fehlt,wir müssten drei stunden warten bis endlich mal ins Zimmer gehen,Und dann Ganzen Nacht könnten wir nicht schlafen weil Morgens bis drei vier Uhr viel Lärm gewesen ist,Türen und Fenster gar nicht dicht,Und ganze Nacht könnten nicht schlafen weil andere Gäste von Hotel so viel Lärm gemacht haben.Mann zahlt viel Geld dafür bekommt nur Ärger und sehr sehr schlechte Service.
