Jako topla dobrodošlica, odlican dorucak, predivna gospodja Arzu koja nas je dočekivala svako jutro :)

Porodična atmosfera, osjećala sam se ko da sam dosla kod nekog svog :)

Locația aproape de punctele turistice, parcare in fața hotelului. Se schimbau zilnic prosoapele și se făceau paturile. Micul dejun bunicel, aveai ce mânca.

хорошее расположение

Cons:

завтрак включен, но нечего толком поесть.
в букинге написано, что имеется паркинг, по факту так себе паркинг. паркинг занят машинами гостиницы, нам пришлось ставить машину на дорогу.
душевая лейка не работает в комнате, админ проигнорировал.

Cons:

Realmente el baño y ducha muy sucios, en mal estado una parte de la ducha, se encontraba occidada , al utilizar la cafetera no fue posible, dado que estaba con hongos y muy sucia . Deberían mejor el aseo de las habitaciones sobre todo de los baños .

Pros:

Nimic ,afara vopsit gardul...înăuntru leopardul....cam asa ceva. Booking nu ne-a ajutat cu nimic în recuperarea banilor,retrași abuziv după ce am descris ce am găsit la locație.

Nu ne-am cazat,am anulat la sosire după ce am întrat in sala unde " se lua masa" un dezastru de mizerie, apoi am verificat camera care era ceva de neimaginat, wc-ul foarte murdar,closetul rupt,pe jos nu mai vorbim,parca era nematurat de o luna,ușile pe hol se țineau in banda adeziva. Din păcate nu am făcut poze. Si mai rau,am fost taxati abuziv cu suma de 150 euro,după mai multe încercări de a trage sume mai mari de pe card.. Locația este efectiv intr-o mahala.....

Aproape de Grand bazar și alte puncte de atracție turistică . Parcare

Cons:

-Prețul nu se regăsește în calitatea serviciilor prestate.
-Baie murdară, curățenia lasă de dorit în tot hotelul, aerul condiționat nefuncțional, frigiderul de la minibar nefuncțional, lipsa cablu TV și lipsa semnal wi-fi la et superioare .
-Atitudinea personalului .

Camera are nevoie de destule îmbunătățiri. În poze arată mult mai bine decât în realitate. La baie am avut probleme cu dușul: suportul și mânerul erau șubrede, iar la un moment dat am rămas cu mânerul robinetului în mână. Oricum, dușul propriu-zis nu funcționa, doar para de duș, iar reglajul era deteriorat și plin de urme de uzură.
În cameră se simțea destul de puternic miros de țigară venit din camerele vecine. Personalul ne-a schimbat camera pentru a putea folosi dușul, însă și cea de-a doua cameră avea nevoie de renovare și întreținere.
Micul dejun a fost identic în fiecare zi și am observat că unele produse rămase de pe o zi pe alta erau păstrate în restaurant, acoperite peste noapte.
În prima zi, liftul s-a blocat de câteva ori cu noi în el pentru câteva minute. Când am semnalat problema, ni s-a spus că „mai face așa” și că trebuie resetat.
Există parcare gratuită, ceea ce este un plus, însă locurile sunt puține și a trebuit să mutăm mașina de multe ori pe parcursul zilei.
Per total, experiența nu a fost cea pe care o așteptam, iar proprietatea ar avea nevoie de investiții și îmbunătățiri considerabile.

Great location, wonderful staff. Comfortable beds would recommend
Pros:

Everyone was lovely at the hotel. The staff accommodated us. The breakfast was decent. The room service ladies were lovely and the location was a total of fifteen-minute uphill walk to the grand bazaar beyazit tram station.

Cons:

The shower in one of our rooms didn't closely properly and the shower in the other room kind of had a tiny leak in the toilet.However , we could have fixed it , but we were to busy having fun outside of the hotel.

Досить зручне розташування . В номері була вода , чисті рушники, досить зручні ліжка . Смачні та достатні сніданки . Господарі дуже приємні та допомагали з усім . Були рушники, шампуні , гелі . Був холодильник і фен .

Cons:

Але : Фото не відповідають дійсності. Дуже брудно і занедбано . Сам готель по дизайну гарний але в номері все брудне і зламане : штори , стіни , вікна двері брудні , на вулиці біля готелю багато бруду та сміття. Дуже тісно . Кран раковини -зламаний , кришка унітазу -зламана , тримач для душу- зламаний, стеля в душі відпадає.

Rue très bruyante la nuit difficile à dormir
Nous sommes partis tôt le matin. Le propriétaire nous avait proposé de préparer des sandwiches pour remplacer le petit déjeuner et malheureusement à l’heure du départ pas de sandwich.
