Best location and place with greater staff

the property is in great condition and easy to access. the only complain is that the hotel information said it has kitchenette, but there was not. i didn't care because i stayed one night only, but that may affect others.

Good location and place to stay if all you need is a room to sleep

It was a good experience overall. We were the family of five so we found it hard to fit stroller in elevator it was too tight. Hotel overall is small not as big as looked in pictures.The location is great as it is few min walk to all shops at taksim square.Staff was helpful as they arranged our pickup and drop-off to the airport.

Great hotel , pretty close to everything , metro and team are 2 min walk , the beautiful is also next door , the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable , I will definitely stay there again and I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul and wants to be in the middle of the action ❤️

The suite apartment offers decent amenities, but it's let down by its less-than-ideal neighborhood. While the space is comfortable, the surrounding area lacks charm and safety. Overall, it may not be the best choice for those seeking a vibrant environment.

タクシム広場から坂を少し下るので、行きはいいけれど帰りは大変です。
なんたらスイーツという小さいホテルが固まっていて系列店かなと思う。
部屋は清潔で設備も最新だけれど、早朝にモスクのコーランで起こされるのは辛かった。
概ねよかったが、シャワールームに石鹸などをおく台がなく、地味に不便だった。
なぜか壁に穴が空いているのも不思議だった。
寝るだけなら快適に過ごせると思います。

If you are looking to explore Istanbul using public transportation, Taksim is the right place to stay around. However you must be ready to embrace a night life around the place (it never stops, really!). This hotel is offering a unique combination of being close (5 min walk) to the transportation hub and ability to sleep in a quiet room without street noise (our room faced the street!). The room we stayed was a rather small, but well organized, climate controlled, with a full size sparkling clean walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Ismail and his father were excellent hosts, and were ready to help with anything we asked for. The communication was easy and efficient. I would really recommend this hotel for the travelers, who want to explore the city efficiently, on a budget, and follow their own sleeping routine.

This place was Really close to the shopping area walkable and people are very nice. Highly recommended this place.

見晴らしの良い部屋でベッドの寝心地も良くゆっくり休めた。タクシム広場から近くなのでアクセスも便利

Did not realize there was an extra charge for two people in the room, thought I booked a double room, meaning 2 people in the room. Got charged an extra 15 euros for extra person. Not sure if this was a glitch on Expedia or my own oversight. But the stay was otherwise ok. Also, not all taxis use the meter, and will charge what they want.

Ismael or his father are always available to assist if needed. The place is 5-10 min walk to Taksim Sq where the public transportation and dining options are all located. Walkable to certain tourist areas. Will stay there again.

This little hotel is wonderful! It's family-run and they recently renovated the entire place including adding an elevator and a security system,
The location is excellent! Its on a side street close to Taksim square, and far from the noisy entertainment streets, but a short walk away. Its also a great spot to get the metro.
Our room was a suite with a balcony and a good city view. All new bathroom, bedroom and living room. And because there are only two rooms for floor with a hallway separating them, its quite and private.
The family is friendly and goes out of their way to help guests. They live on the first floor, so d there is always someone there is you need help.
We loved it and will stay there again!!
