Dit hotel is een regelrechte schande voor booking

Helemaal niks. Echt helemaal niks.

Zelden zoiets vreselijks meegemaakt – Booking zou dit hotel per direct moeten verwijderen

Ik ben een Genius-klant en heb al tientallen hotels geboekt via Booking.com, maar dit was zonder twijfel het slechtste verblijf ooit. Het hotel was ronduit afschuwelijk. Alles was smerig: de kamer, de badkamer, het beddengoed – het leek alsof er al maanden niets was schoongemaakt. Vieze geuren, vlekken overal, en een algehele staat van verval.

En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, zagen we meerdere kakkerlakken en andere beestjes in de kamer. Het was echt een horror nacht. We hadden twee nachten geboekt en betaald, maar we konden het letterlijk maar één nacht volhouden. De volgende ochtend zijn we halsoverkop vertrokken – zo erg was het.

Het personeel, en met name de eigenaar, was respectloos en totaal niet gastvrij. Geen enkele interesse in klachten, geen oplossing, niets. Sterker nog: de eigenaar stelde ons een “gratis ontbijt” voor, maar alleen als we contant zouden betalen en niet via Booking.com. Dit soort praktijken zijn onaanvaardbaar en ronduit verdacht.

Wat mij het meest verbaast: hoe kan Booking.com toestaan dat dit soort locaties nog op het platform staan? De foto’s zijn compleet misleidend, de informatie klopt niet, en de realiteit is een nachtmerrie. Ik voel me niet alleen opgelicht, maar ook zwaar in de steek gelaten door een platform waar ik altijd vertrouwen in had.

Als trouwe Booking-klant verwacht ik dat dit serieus wordt opgepakt. Dit hotel is een regelrechte schande voor het hele platform.

Mijn advies: blijf hier ver vandaan. Boek hier niet, zelfs niet voor een noodgeval. Zelfs slapen in je auto is een betere optie dan deze plek

Местоположение понравилось , в шаговой доступности парковая зона , каждый день Гуляли с детьми, бесплатный трансфер на частный пляж с мягкими лежаками ,
Домоуправительница достаточно приветливая , всегда дает водичку , ее можно попросить приготовить завтрак, убрать или постирать одежду , в целом чувствовали себя 14 дней как дома

Very unique style and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Large rooms, well and uniquely designed rooms, which is rare, large tvs compared to the rest of turkish hotels. Superb breakfast! Amazing staff! Unfortunately, I stayed during the remodeling of the cafe downstairs which will be re-opening right after my departure, so inability to enjoy breakfast in the open was somewhat inconvenient along with some construction noise. Otherwise, it is very nice, two steps away from the the main road with cliff park and restaurants.

If you are looking for a quiet and calm place to stay this is the best place to have it.
Pros:

Good breakfast, even though we was late a couple times for breakfast they still served it. The staff we're friendly and made sure downstairs was cooled.
If you want to be away from the busy cities, this is the place to be. Is quieter but have loads of attractions within a 10 minute walking distance. There is parking opposite the hotel on street, as its a quiet street there was always parking available. We thought we'd try the lunch at the Cafe downstairs and it was great.

Cons:

Perhaps a different breakfast everyday.

Good price for a comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Nice and fulfilling breakfast with funny and inevitable company of a local cats.
The hotel owners are always in touch and very hospitable, even despite the language barrier.
There were enough toiletries in the bathroom, towels and extra linen were also included.
Accommodation is close to a bus station to Antalya city center, but with a great desire it's also possible to walk there among a coast for couple hours. In opposite direction there are lower Düden Waterfalls, which ones it's good to see both in a daylight and after sunset.

Cons:

The room was generally clean, but someone had left their socks in the bottom drawer of the closet, and there were leftovers in the microwave. We cleaned it all up, maybe hotel cleaner missed it by accident or in a hurry.
No more complaints.

Warm welcome and lovely people
Pros:

Is was like home, the people were so kind and friendly couldn’t fault them at all made us feel so welcome and were great with the baby. Would definitely recommend if your a family coming to Antalya

Pros:

The host doesn't speak English, but we could understand each other, since there is a lot of Routine in what you can ask. The room was clean and nice with enough space for 2. The breakfast was simple but good and fresh.
There was a lot of space for free parking on the street next to the Hotel.

Cons:

We lived under the roof and probably because outer walls are made of plastic panels, we heard every plane, every small and big car and motorbike, cats betting for food or whatever. As if everything described was right next to my ear.
