The location of hotel is good you can reach Goreme in 10 minutes with the car, a car will be essential for this location, staff is perfectly friendly and helpful for anything you would ask. They have their parking place around the hotel. The room is clean, breakfast is rich with the widely options.
There wasn't anything standing out as a bad thing I would not like. I would recommend the hotel in general, they were helping for anything I needed.

The room and bed are comfortable. Breakfast changes daily. The staff at reception are simply exceptional. They are attentive and always ready to help. When we couldn't get to the ATM to pay for the dinner we ordered, they even offered to pay for us until we paid them back the next day.
In short, we were delighted.

We loved our stay at Cordial! The room was really clean, the location of the hotel is great, you can see the hot air balloons from the terrace. The Turkish breakfast was also really delicious. Would come back should we visit Cappadocia again.
