Цена! При всех входящих параметрах и завтраке - это отличная цена. Недалеко автовокзал, трамвайная остановка

Cons:

Не планируйте принимать здесь душ, его здесь попросту нет! Есть какая-то деревенская романтика вместо душа. Тёплой воды в несезон нет, только от электронагревателя через лейку.
