الفندق يشرح الصدر ومريح جدا للمسافر

الفندق يتميز بالنظافه ووسع الغرف وتكيف بارد والأثاث وفرش السرير حديث ومعطر ورائحته زكيه أنا ارتحت فيه وخاصه في تعامل العاملين فيه حسيت أني في بيتي وصاحب الفندق العاملين فيه مثل اخواني وأهلي وودون وطيبون ولطيفين ومتعاونون جدا بعكس الفنادق الأخرى الذي سكنت فيها وخاصه الابله والحجي الكريم وصاحبه البوفيه المطعم جميعهم بامانه لطيفين جدا ومتعاونين بجد حسيت كاني في بيتي ساكن وبين اهلي وقد سكنت في هذا الفندق صيف يوليو 2024 وصيف يوليو 2025 وسوف بإذن الله كل سنه قادمه أعيد السكن أنا وعايلتي في هذا الفندق الجميل الهادىء وانصح الجميع
بتجربه السكن في هذا الفندق بغض النظر عن ارتفاع سعره عن الفنادق الأخرى لكن من تجربتي الشخصيه أنا ارشحه وافضله عن غيره .

Happily trapped by Kalfa in Trabzon
Pros:

The location was amazing, it was right next to Meydan Square and in the heart of the vibrant city. Everything was accessible through walk. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were beyond our expectations, they were spacious and comfortable and very clean. Every facility was available. It was more than value for money.

Cons:

There is nothing much that we did not like. But if there is a room of improvement then I would suggest that if there could be more options in breakfast. Though the dining location was perfect, gives you the view of the city.

1- Location very good..

2- Three staff ( Ahmet, Arada and other lad) they are very respectful and helpful there excellent staff.

Cons:

1- They gave me room with very bad smell (room no: 601 ) then I request to change the room..

2- when I change to the new room I forgot some clothes in bathroom, they thought in the waste..

3- There are 2 staff ladys one old lady and orher fat lady thire behaviour not good and I tried to avoid them during my stay..

4- Breakfast very baisc there are no many options..

5- There is no daily cleaning for room, I did not try to request for cleaning.

لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابداً

وسط الميدان

Cons:

1- تعامل مديرة الفندق ورجل كبير بالسن شيء للغاية
2- عدم تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي حسب كلام مديرة الفندق
3- لايوجد فطور حسب ماتم اختيار الحجز مع الفطور وانما شي لا يذكر
4- عدم نظافة المناشف المتواجده بالحمام
5- اول مره يصادفني مثل هذا الفندق السيئ في حياتي
