Pros:

I usually stay in the Nişantaşı area, but this was my first time staying at MAS Suites Hotel as I was looking for a new place with spacious rooms for my family. From the moment we arrived, they exceeded every expectation.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious, making our stay so comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. Selma, who was at reception during the day, always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Okan, who looked after us in the evenings, was equally warm, welcoming, and attentive. They both went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Everyone at the hotel was genuinely kind and friendly, and in such a short time we built a wonderful connection with the team. That personal touch made all the difference.
Another huge advantage is the location. It’s right in the heart of Nişantaşı, with countless cafés, restaurants, and shops literally just a few steps away. It made our stay so convenient because we could head out, explore, then easily come back to the hotel to refresh or rest before going out again. It really added to the overall experience.

I was so impressed that I’ve already booked my next stay, and I can confidently say MAS Suites Hotel will now be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Istanbul.

أكثر ما أعجبني هو الموقع، فهو ممتاز جدًا ويقع مباشرة على الشارع الذي يضم العديد من المحلات التجارية والمقاهي، مما يجعل التنقل والتسوق سهلًا. كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان راقيًا وودودًا، وكانوا متعاونين ويحرصون على تقديم المساعدة.
