'Amazing super central location, friendly staff, especially the main desk Turkish/Syrian lady "Dia" , she made our stay so much more enjoyable with her positive vibes. True trilingual, a rarity in Turkey!
Room size and quality, and over all hotel vibe.
Breakfast can be improved, but overall satisfactory. Unsure how it compares to Turkey standards, but to Dubai standard, it falls short.
Periodical visits by the maintenance team to the rooms, and bathrooms, can help fix minor errors or oversights.

Location
We arrived they didn’t have out booking and said it’s from 10/5 when we had it 10/4. We had to wait about 40 minutes till they figured it out. Then they offered an upgrade because they made a mistake. That room had no AC and was extremely hot. They kept promising to fix it even sent the Devi e guy up at 11:00 pm and nothing. The next day also nothing and receptionist was rude and said I’ll move you to another room. That was also around 11:00 pm and my daughter was sleeping. We had to stay 3 awful nights and couldn’t sleep and when I wrote a bad review they said we upgraded you!! I didn’t ask for that upgrade! It was their mistake. They didn’t offer a free night or late checkout or anything! Never go there!

Ms.Dia at the front desk was amazing she's helped us with the simplest things she even helped with getting a sim for us. she's the reason to rebook at this hotel. what an Great person.
