Nişantaşının tam merkezinde harika bir konumu var.Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar özellikle Ercüment bey çok ilgiliydi.Albert bey de aynı şekilde.

Excellent location, great staff. I would stay there again. Avoid the breakfast.

Professional and courteous staff, excellent location, decent sized clean suite.

Cons:

Breakfasts included served at Mayson shisha bar, a separate establishment at 7th floor. Avoid at any cost.
Rude server. Ashtray chic upholstery. Dirty windows that don't let daylight in.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and a perfect location.
Pros:

The property was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location in Nisantasi is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making the stay very enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Mr. Albert for his outstanding hospitality and support. He was very professional, kind, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

Overall, everything was great. There were only minor points such as occasional noise from outside, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé durant mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’équipe est extrêmement accueillante et très professionnelle, ce qui fait vraiment la différence.

Un grand merci en particulier au réceptionniste Albert (de la journée), qui a été exceptionnel : très attentionné, toujours disponible et aux petits soins du début à la fin.

La réceptionniste du soir a également été tout aussi agréable et professionnelle. Le service global est irréprochable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Petit-déjeuner catastrophique !

Le petit déjeuner, quelle histoire !
Le chef arrive quand il veut à partir de 9 heures, donc, si tu prétend prendre ton petit déjeuner tôt, c’est mort !
Après neuf heures si tu as la chance, tu pourras le prendre.
Je suis resté trois nuits ;
Premier jour ; j’attendu le « chef «  30 minutes avant d’avoir mon petit-déjeuner.
Deuxième jour ; je suis arrivé vers 9 heures, le garçon qui nettoyait le bar/resto, me dit de revenir vers 10 heures, le chef pas encore là.
Troisième jour ; j’avais demandé au préalable mon petit déjeuner à 7 heures car je devais quitter l’hôtel vers 7:30.
Une personne est venue vers 7:10 avec un plateau, les deux pots qui étaient censés d’avoir le miel et de la confiture vides, pas de café ni les œufs. J’ai rien mangé.
Inadmissible !
Merci à Salma au deuxième jour, elle m’a offert son simit, que j’avais d’abord décliné à plusieurs reprises, mais elle a été tellement gentille et insistante que je n’ai pas pu refusé plus.
Merci beaucoup Salma pour ton simit.
PS: au dernier étage il y a un bar et bien sûr de la musique forte jusqu’à tard la nuit. Préparez vos ear plugs.
