Das Hotel İbos punktet zwar mit einer hervorragenden Lage in İzmir, versagt jedoch in den Kernbereichen Hygiene, Zimmerz
Pros:

Der größte und eigentlich einzige Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Lage. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig in İzmir, sodass man Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants oder Verkehrsmittel schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann.

Cons:

Empfang & Service
Leider konnte der Service nicht mit der guten Lage mithalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich und vermittelte kaum das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Ein serviceorientierter Check-in sieht definitiv anders aus.
Zimmerzustand & Sauberkeit
Das Zimmer selbst machte insgesamt einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Es wirkte lieblos instand gehalten und es fehlte an der nötigen Gründlichkeit bei der Reinigung, was den Komfort erheblich einschränkte.
Badezimmer
Der gravierendste Mangel zeigte sich im Badezimmer:
Schimmelbefall: An den Wänden/Fugen war deutlicher Schimmel zu sehen, was absolut unhygienisch ist.
Defekte Ausstattung: Die Duschbrause war defekt, was eine normale Nutzung der Dusche unmöglich machte.

We would recommend this hotel, it was very quiet and in a good location.
Pros:

The location was great just a few minutes walk from the waterfront, it was very clean.

Cons:

The beds were kind of hard and only provided one small blanket. The room got cleaned at 5 PM which was when we were arriving back from our excursion after being gone all day.

Parking is not at the hotel, but for an additional fee of 500 lira they take the car to a third-party parking lot, then return it on time, breakfast is standard

Pros:

Stay was pleasant with a big room, and good services in a central part of Izmir. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Said it had parking included listed as a facility. It had not, i had to pay extra. Would have loved to know this in advance.

Good for on a budget vacation.
Pros:

The check in was very fast and they gave us the room 2 hours earlier. The location of the hotel is in a very safe area and walking distance from a lot of places.

Cons:

- No toiletries provided except for minor things.
- The sound from the hallways can be heard easily in the room and any water pipes noises too.
- The room was a bit dusty when we checked in.

Right location and very nice accommodation.
Pros:

Location, cleaning personal staff who were very kind and attentive to our needs.

Cons:

The reception and restaurant personal who never arranged our needs as clients. First, our air conditioning wasn’t working the first night. So I asked the reception desk to turn this system on and she didn’t do it and we had a very bad night then because of the hight temperature of the room (we were at the 8th floor and this floor was generally very warm for the season). Second, we asked kindly to have the chance to have breakfast some minutes before schedule (7:30) but the reception personal refused this request. We asked this because our travel agency picked us up at 7:30 to carry us to Ephesus and Pamukkale. All this in the second and third day of our stay (5 days in total).
