Pros:

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - the location was a 5 minute walk from the pier and the markets

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Pozdní čas podávání snídaně! Nelze hodnotit kvalitu snídaně. Snídaně byla podávána až v 07:30, což je příliš pozdě. Pokud vám začíná jednání v běžnou pracovní dobu, rozhodně tak pozdě podávanou snídani nemůžete stihnout. Nabízená náhrada (připravený balíček = malá baletka s rajčaty a plátkem sýru + malý nápoj) rozhodně neodpovídá ceně ani kvalitě. Navíc si balíček už nelze objednat odpoledne na druhý den.Běžně hotely nabízí snídani od 06:30, nejpozději od 07:00!

Location was close to waterfront.

Cons:

When we arrived, the staff said there was no parking and we had to find our own. Come to find out, parking was through an outside concierge service that that staff didnt want to call.

Bar with smoking inside right next to breakfast room. Can smell the smoke right when you get off the elevator to enter the breakfast room. Breakfast room has a leaking ceiling around the food serving area.

Cons:

В нашем номере было плохое освещение, а потом электричество вообще сломалось и нас пересилили в другой номер, там было хорошее освещение. Вай-фай иногда не подключался и выбрасывал.

El Personal de recepción poco empatico, falta de disposición e iniciativa para establecer comunicación aun q sea en un. Idioma no conocido, utilizando App o el celular. Quise solicitar una colación fría por un tour q salía muy temprano pero no la pudieron gestionar, ni siquiera dieron alguna posibilidad. Además solicité una matrimonial y nos tenían dos individuales.
