Golden Bazaar Hotel

Staff were rude and unhelpful except the Female receptionist. She was great but unfortunately she is a part-timer

Loved the location, very close to main sites. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Room was fine, bed comfy and bathroom good. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily. We enjoyed our stay.

De bons équipements mais la maintenance laisse a désirer le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain est mal fixé et bouge Une fuite sur le tuyau d’évacuation signalée et constatée par l’agent d’accueil mais pas d’intervention pendant notre séjour
Le tapis de la salle de bain complètement trempé à cause de la fuite n’a été remplacé que le surlendemain.
Perit dejeuner correct mais les petites barquettes de beurre étaient moisies

La chambre manque d'espace et de rangements fonctionnels. Le lavabo est petit et l'entretien de la chambre est limite

Oppholdet vårt var helt fantastisk. Hotellet ligger veldig godt an, nærme kollektiv transport og de viktigste turistattraksjonene. Ingenting å klage på! Man får veldig mye for pengene. Vi er spesielt fornøyde med de to herrene på resepsjonen Ramin og Nafil, som ga oss utmerket service og var behjelpelige med alt vi trengte, også det som hotellet ikke tilbød!

Habitación muy pequeña, lavabo minúsculo con desperfectos. Las vistas a la ciudad son vistas a otro bloque de pisos a 3m de distancia, con un taller de ropa donde están todo el día trabajando, no pudimos ni abrir la cortina porque se veía toda la habitación. Balcón minúsculo que no se ha limpiado en la vida. Al llegar había agua en el hervidor del último cliente y una botella de agua vacía debajo de la cama que estuvo 3 días. No limpian nada, hay moqueta y ahí se va acumulando la porquería. Ni siquiera limpian el baño, si dejas restos de maquillaje en el lavabo, cuando llegas al hotel por la tarde siguen estando los mismos restos de maquillaje, pelos o si había un papel en el suelo, ahí sigue estando el papel. La tv no tenía antena ni tampoco se conectaba a Internet, no pudimos ver nada. El desayuno muy justito, no había ni café, sólo nescafe soluble. Un desastre, abandonamos el hotel 3 noches antes de lo contratado, perdiendo el dinero, porque ya no aguantábamos más estar en ese hotel. Las fotos que han publicado en las webs no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, es un fraude total, un engaño.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s within a short walking distance of all the main sites of Istanbul, Especially the bazar and the blue Mosque. It’s a small hotel but good value and staff were lovely. It was easy to get to transport links and restaurants. ideal for a short stay.

Hôtel bien situé. Hôtes pas super professionnels. Toujours au téléphone Le check-in a dire une plomb. Je ne sais pas ce que le réceptionniste faisait avec son pc. Mais sinon, hôtel sympa. Petitdej varié même si il n'y a pas vraiment de re-fill.

Hotel calme a proximité de tous lieux de visite, le personnel est discret mais a votre disposition, une petite echope a cote avec personne a disposition pour vous faire partager leur ville et leurs coutumes, attention ils.ne parle que l anglais.

Dusche war nicht sauber, Silikonfugen fast verschimmelt, Bettwäsche und Badetücher auch nach 3 Nächten nicht ausgewechselt.
