Sabah saat 08:00' de kahvaltı hazır değildi. Ancak 09:00' da kahvaltı servis edilebildi. Bıçak ve çatallar temiz değil. Kahvaltı personeli iletilen olumsuzluklara ilişkin kaba davranış sergiledi.
